    Crash protectors move the point of impact and abrasion away from the fairings, controls, and other expensive and vital parts of your 2019+ Kawasaki ZX6R. That means you could potentially save hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars after sustaining a crash or a fall. The robust delrin sliders not only provide initial impact absorption, but also provide a consumable material that promotes sliding and not catching. Combining all of the components in this bundle gives your ZX6R protection from front to back!

    For the bar ends, do you guys recommend using any kind of thread locking agent? I noticed in the video you didn't use any.

    I just installed the kit and everything looks amazing. Although after a few rides I noticed the pucks can now be turned slightly by hand. I tightened the bolts to take out the play, but they were still torqued to the right spec and after another ride they were able to be turned again. Is this normal or did I screw something up?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That symptom presents no issues with the function of the sliders. It's fine. You did not screw anything up. The bolt fastens through the shoulder washer onto the slider spacer and into the frame/engine mount. That stack of components clamps together to achieve the appropriate torque. The slider component can rotate on some of these assemblies.

      It depends on when you check out and which shipping method you select at the time of checkout.

    I saw another video that used 32 ft-lbs of torque for the engine bolts for the same bike. Any reason for the discrepancy?

    Never understood these single point frame sliders. Wouldn't it be likely that a crash would actually bend frame instead of save it from scratches?

    • @TSTindustries
      @TSTindustries  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Every crash is completely different. I'm sure in some crashes, yes, this is completely possible, but in others like a simple tip-over, a single-point frame slider may work just fine. Various options to ultimately try to minimize the damage taken on in the event of a crash.

      Yes, the owner of this bike did lower the height on the forks slightly.
