At this point, even considering anything adjust has to say is worthless. Every judge on that panel is corrupt as the day is long. They were put in place by Biden and Obama. The American people are done with our corrupt justice system in depending on them to rule on the side of the law and the citizens. They twist the wall to fit their own needs. And they use their opinion to Force the scales of Justice to fit their desired outcome. The American people are done with that. The state of Texas is done with that. And every Republican controlled state is done with that. The Supreme Court will be disbanded. In every justice on that panel will be in prison or put to death. And they have no one to blame themselves for what’s coming next! Texas is making preparations to cut off all of their state borders. Which means that they’re going to not allow any other citizens from other states to enter the state of Texas without express permission like you were leaving the country. On top of that Texas has control of one of the largest ports of entry in the United States of America.. the federal government will have to pay a sanction to use that port of entry. The United States government does not have authority over independent states. And that’s exactly what Texas became an independent state. And every Republican control state is going to follow suit. Which means none of these states will provide federal tax dollars to the government. All their money that is produced in their state by their economy will stay there. The federal government will be defunded. And then the ones that tried to force their hand and try to make Texas comply will be slaughtered, right where they stand and their families!

The ATF cannot regulate shit without a properly passed piece of legislation. Even then it would be illegal, just as illegal as the mere existence of the ATF. There is NO allowance in the US Constitution for such an illegal organization and without that permission it is by default an illegal arm of the government.

If I were in CA, I'd focus on voting laws and cleaning up that process. (Of course that's true for all states, isn't it?) CA's budget is unsustainable. It's teetering on the edge of bankruptcy and if that happens it could provide the impetus for that political swing; but without clean voting, you would never succeed.

    fringe
    noun
3a: something that is marginal, additional, or secondary to some activity, process, or subject
so to be IN fringe D would mean to regulate/legislate things that are marginal, additional, or secondary to firearms... not just the arms themselves. Plus nowhere in the 2nd amendment does it say "typically possessed by law-abiding citizens for lawful purposes." It just says shall not be infringed PERIOD.

    Adjusting for inflation:
    $200 in 1934
(When the tax stamp was instituted for NFA items)
Is equivalent to $2,820 in 2024 dollars
Which meant virtually no one in 1934 could afford to buy even one.
The depression started in 1929 just five years earlier.
It was dire straits at the time.
People were likely too distracted with starvation & extreme unemployment to care enough to fight the NFA.

Then why are suppressors regulated by the ATF if they are not considiered Firearms? That alone should put them out of their Jurisdiction. Along with other none firearm parts.

    • @ichetuknee
      @ichetuknee หลายเดือนก่อน

As usual, ATF wants to interpret the rules in their favor from opposing angles. First, suppressors are DEFINED as firearms under the NFA, so that ATF has jurisdiction by way of that definition. Yet, ATF wants to claim that suppressors are NOT firearms, so that the Second Amendment doesn't apply.

I've been following this channel for a few months now and I like that we get a TLDR explanation of the cases, but I would also like a layman's bottom-line of "here's what all of that means". Sometimes, the importance of something gets lost in the sauce, I think. Thank you for being so straight forward with all of your videos and I hope you keep up the Good Fight

If it's not arms, then why does the ATF have the right to have rules/laws restricting something that's not a firearm?

Getting the ATF hooks out of the suppressor issue is important, for a number of reasons. Most important is that if the ruling supports the ATF control of firearm accessories, the next target is likely to be night vision scopes, under the supposed use by dangerous snipers. Every rancher and farmer who routinely uses these scopes to take out marauding wild hogs would be affected, and the price of these items would skyrocket.

Deddlebock needs to figure out what interstate commerce is.
If an item never leaves the state in which it was manufactured, there absolutely cannot be interstate commerce & therefore his jurisdiction is nullified & void.

      Wickard v Filburn
The supreme court granted itself immense power over every aspect of your life.
If the government says you're growing too much wheat, they found a way to justify it as a commerce issue.
And anything that touches the highway is interstate.
Supreme court justices are not elected officials, we do not vote for them, and they rule for their entire lives.
      We call this a democracy.

As expected, this changes nothing for all of us across the country. We’re still forced to pay for a right, still forced to wait for something we’ve already paid for. It’s absolutely infuriating when you’ve saved your hard earned money to pay for something, pay this ridiculous tax, then wait for weeks, months, or longer, for permission to have what you’ve already purchased. To add insult to injury, these court cases seem to do nothing more than add false hope that buying something, going to the range, and spending quality time with your kids doing something you enjoy will no longer be held up by red tape.

The supreme court has already ruled that a prerequisite can not be required to exercise any right so it will apply to the 2A as well, but government does not abide by any law, a well documented fact.
    This applies to all rights.
A thing that is required as a prior condition for something else to happen or exist: "A right being the 2 can not have a condition to exercise it = Buying firearms, ammunition etc."
Required as a prior condition: Purchasing & bearing=carrying, licensing or any other restriction beforehand can not be required

The Constitution contradicts the "standing rule". The Constitution states that states have the sovereign authority to protect its boarders, in essence its citizens, from foreign invasion. If a state can not act on behave of its citizens, this would not be so.

The law enforcement agencies don’t want citizens having them because during active shooter scenarios they can tell the difference in sound between their shots being suppressed and the shooter’s shots being sonic. It helps locate the suspect.

  • @jameserickson8264

You have a constitutional right against self incrimination, so how can a court you to incriminate yourself to prove standing?
