Why on God's Green Earth does the Supreme Court send these cases back to lower courts that messed up their first hearings. Shouldn't they just resolve it and publicly counsel and discipline these jokers.

When can I have the right to own the same guns and magazines like the people in West Virginia. The Bill of Rights is suppose to be practice equally in all 50 states and US Territories. If you are in California and you have a standard capacity magazine you are not abiding by the law, the only thing about the Rahimi case that was mentioned was that just because a firearm was not in existence then that doesn't mean it can be banned and that they allowed the courts to use laws that are not exact or very similar to justify a new law but they did say that the government can only TEMPORARILY DISARM someone if they are found to be dangerous to others or mentally unfit, and Rahimi was a scumbag and gives people who have been found guilty of minor offense like misdemeanor offenses a bad name

Nearly anyone could make a Claim that say YOU are unstable, expressed violent intentions, or if you did push/beat your wife or whatever they’d take your guns away but you get a court date to either deny someone’s claim, or say the situation is over .. girlfriend moved away thus petitioning the Court for guns back if nothing actually happened, or was minor.

This is problem with neglecting the first half of the 2nd amendment for 50 years. Nobody puts the 2nd amendment into context. It's just been one big cheese burger and beer belly south park episode of the 2nd amendment focusing on one self serving aspect of personal defense or home defense, rather than the duty for citizens to be the defense of the country while being very wary of giving the government too much power in comparison to the citizens. The militia has been delegated/relegated out of laziness of the citizens and reinforced by the torie wives who would like nothing more than to live a bougie fantasy where nobody needs to pick up a rifle.

So absolutely right, look how the VA (just as an example of what is coming) told Congress that they were not obligated to follow their laws they passed because the executive branch justice department told them they could follow their own policies and deny veterans their second amendment rights if their wives deal with the finances, our representatives are being controlled by the agencies they created and totally violating the constitution and separation of powers that keep our government in check, this has the potential to lead to a violent conflict if these unelected agencies don't relinquish power that they have no authority to take

The court also said that even someone who is as bad as Rahimi could only be disarmed temporarily and that weapons that were not in existence during the founding would still deny the government the authority to ban them, and the only law that had anything to do with ammunition was you could not store large amounts of black powder in an unsafe area (like putting a 50gallon barrel of gun powder next to the fireplace in the middle of town) nothing about how many cartridges could be attached to the gun in a magazine and any laws that were from after 1791 can not be used, so it will probably be back in the SCOTUS and likely ruled in our favor, just sucks that those activist judges know that it will take time for a final judgment and they get to legislate from the bench in the mean time
It’s called the Supreme Court. They’re allowed to interpret the law so everything doesn’t have to be written in the constitution.

Rahimi dealt with a LOSS OF "of the people" STATUS. He was adjudged to be "not of the people," meaning CITIZENSHIP.
Lawful, abiding citizens are "the people."
Rahimi was a scumbag but that doesn't change the fact that to many people have lost their second amendment rights for just misdemeanor offenses and they also said that people can only TEMPORARILY be disarmed, it is unconstitutional to take someones second amendment rights when they can still vote and still have to serve jury duty,if the government can just put MISDEMEANOR CONVICTIONS and other non felony convictions a crime they can take away your second amendment rights then anyone can wake up one day and find they are second class citizens with their civil rights intact except for their second amendment rights,if not having your second amendment rights makes you not the PEOPLE then there are a lot of non people who have and will be voting so are there second class citizens or is the second amendment a second class right,in these times probably both

Thank you sir! Just want to bring to attention as I’m sure you all know, the mag ban in RI has been heard by a 3 judge panel in the 1st ckt. This is one of, if not the most, unconstitutional bans yet!! No grandfather clause, no just compensation for property and cruel and unusual punishment for lawful bought and possessed arms! We need to keep pushing these challenges forward!!

In my Canadian view, up to the part agreeing with the " or accessories " part missed the other decision where " commonly owned items can not be banned " aspect of previous decisions. The alleged large capacity is in fact what was standard capacity when originally sold as well as sold separately. The ATF alone admitted several million already purchased from the legal and open market from authorised firearms dealers nation wide.

That’s because convicted felons lose their access to owning firearms. So they have to make a distinction between convicted felons and normal law-abiding citizens.

@@mikealdag7309I don’t think it’s sad. It’s how the system was made. The Supreme Court(majority republican) interprets the law when there’s a case. In this one they blocked Californias ban so you should be happy.
My issue is, if our government feels civilians in a nation being invaded deserve firearms of military use equivalent, they should have 0 issue with Us the People having the same arms.

The justices at all levels do not understand the 2A phrase "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED." I believe it is quite specific in its meaning!
To be clear, you are watching a deeply entrenched adversary of the State and the U.S. Constitution, therefore including the Nation itself, that refuses to allow the rule of law, the determinations of higher courts, or in fact the very authority of the citizens. There is only one way to defeat this adversary and that is through the Executive Branch of the U.S. Government and the long forgotten Presidential Power of Impoundment. Starving the adversary out is the best means of defeating it, since its soul goal is to retain power and wealth through continuation of its body as a whole. No money, No adversary
There is another route, but that one is unpleasant and carries deep dark consequences that will be felt for generations.
