Your birdhouse is amazing! In addition to hash marks on the inside for babies, it is recommended to add a door/opening for annual cleaning.

This may have been said but just a fyi for new birdhouse builders ... if this is for real birds, add a predator guard and either screen or hash marks on the inside so the bird can get back out of the house. Otherwise, very creative!!!

Interesting design but how do you get into it to clean out the old nests?

My first time making a bird house. I didn't know that was the thing so. If I was going to do it again, I would probably make the bottom unscrew.

Are they cedar or treated pine? Every time I check HD or Lowes the cedar are always out of stock.

They are selling for me I'm having a problem cuz I don't like making them I've only probably made 15 of them but that was my first one and I feel like you could easily sell a lot of these but I would try a couple and see but thanks for watching

I'm new to making birdhouses. Is there a certain kind of glue you would recommend? I was using Titbond 3, which is waterproof.
