Well, I made one. Not as perfect as this guy's but I made it and my mother in law loved it and wanted to buy it for her sister so I gave it to her.

Loves that nail gun but has an aversion to wood glue. Doomed to fall apart once it is placed outside. Otherwise,the basics are there. Great idea and esthetically pleasing. Next one should be screwed and glued together. I would also suggest using an exterior type of wood.
Time and weather will tell. Here in Northern Ohio - better glue, screw and seal. But, it is an eye catcher....for now.

I think he did a great job. The fact he was willing to make something with his own hands gives pleasure and pride. I enjoyed watching him as he worked, I wondered why he did what he did, now I see the results and I like the finished product. What does it matter if you think you can do a better job? Your insecurity is showing!
@@alicel3992 so if someone is telling the truth, they are insecure? If were doing a build like this, i would be ashamed to call my channel "Woodworking SKILL". Just because he has no skill at all. People are liking it just because he puts in effort to create something, and hats off to him for doing that , but even my 9 year old can do a better job than this.

You get this bird house out in the rain and every one of those nails will pop out and then in a few years no more bird house. Seen people make wood duck houses like this and all nails came loose. But a beautiful style young man!! My hat is off to you!

Thanks for your helpful comment. If I decide to take on this type of project I will take your advice and ise glue and screws instead of nails.
However, I love the finished product and I enjoyed watching him as he worked😃

this thing was put together half-assed. The boards were not put together properly; cheap nails from a nail gun as well.
