- The All-Stars 4:55 has been achieved! I'm very proud of this run, and I'm even more amazed that I was able to get a .7 due to how good the 8-4 was. I'm fully satisfied with this run at the moment, but I will definitely be going for at least a 4:54 in this category eventually, and if I'm crazy enough, a 4:53 since it's possible. Big shoutouts to Nolmy and Miniland for being motivators to run All-Stars!

On what computer do you play? Thought i saw lag in 1-2 second round under the 1up in the roof and 8-4 first run going in to water pipe. gonna download this video and play it again to be shore it is not youtube fucking with my browser. Great jobb and ceep it up!

A little bit of a stupid question, but what are the most major differences between the All Stars version and the org NES version? Other than the music, textures, and hitboxes.

You don't have to scroll the screen in 1-2 all the way to load the world 4 warp pipe. Also iirc breaking blocks from below has slightly different physics.

How does the backwards flag work in 4-1??
as long as you hit the powerup block right before the flagpole, mario will snap to the right of the flagpole. this is only exclusive to the japanese version of all-stars

this is a classic case of winning cointoss, where the game checks only checks if mario is colliding with an enemy every other frame. on the first frame i was inside the koopa, but then the next frame i was on top of the koopa and it checked for enemy collision, so i lived
