Thanks for the video. I just got the double-sided mounted strop with the green compound. It's very good quality for the price. I got one a couple years ago for one that was no where near this quality. I haven't done an unboxing video, yet. Probably tomorrow. I'm going to order another. Maybe 2 for use with different compounds. First, I got to learn what the heck I'm doing. 🤷 I'm new to the knaf community and I am trying to learn maintain my edges on my knives.
I strop my knives often to maintain an edge. It's way easier than full on sharpening. Once you get the hang of it, it's easy. Thanks for checking the video out!!!
Looks good for the price, you can attach it to a piece of wood with some glue or double sided tape and also don't forget to condition the leather from time to time. Thanks for the look see and keep making sharp things fun and enjoyable

I'd like to make something like a fish fileting board with a clip so I can flip it and use both sides. Thanks for checking the video out!!
@@factorsofjack DCA at Knife Center did a strop instructional video. He used a bull clip to hold his leather in place. lol
I'll have to check it out. I usually watch the Knife Centers videos. Thanks for the tip.
Can't beat that for the price. Great video Jack 👍
It works good.
