Still able to charge, when press ON,showing green light but no water..when i press ON button again and again,all the indicators lights are flashing few time and off. But the flosser still not working. Do you know why and can help please?

ah it took me a while to find that. if you go to your grip area. there is a little rubber in grey area at the center. just pull that out. that's the USB charging port
