I have H2O flosser (I think older version) and a potable H2O (for travel). Both have good pressure but disappointedly, both have bad batteries after 4-5 months of use. I couldn't charge them.

Couldn't you just check in the technical data sheet for each flosser what is the power of the pump in W and assume that the highest the Watt number the most powerful the flosser is?

No, generally it is advised to use the highest pressure that is comfortable. When I started flossing with the highest pressure my dentist noticed the increase in my gum health.
