    Don’t forget! It’s vital to drink water and if you live in a dry climate and/or live in a cold country during winter months when you use central heating, use a humidifier. Because if you don’t have your sink hydrated the HA will actually make your skin that much more dryer!

    when it comes to the molding of bacteria you can add a few drops of Geogard ECT Ecocert. It offers broad spectrum protection activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, yeast and molds. it's derived from organic and natural materials. It's been globally recognized as a safe ingredient and found as an efficient preservative booster that is also non-GMO.

      @@10YearsYounger yeah your welcome.
      You can also add blueberry extract and other antioxidants.
      But make it in a 100% ratio. Meaning 96 grams distilled water, 2 gram of castor oil or glycerin, 1 gram of blueberry extract and 1 gram of hyaluronic acid powder.
      You can reduce the distilled water and add other extracts such as seaweed extracts and/or jojoba oil.

    I drink 5000 ml of high molecular hyaluronic acid powder in 16 oz of water every day and it has been life changing.
    Its like an oil change for the entire body. You won't find any TH-cam videos on this type of ingestion. I fortunately figured it out on my own. Completely safe and ultra powerful results.

      Everyrhing is fine yes ! I would use aloe gel instead of powder though coz it's more effective.. And the hyaluronic must be low molecular weight coz it's the only one that penetrates the skin! The common high molecular weight hyaluronic acid(1.000.000-1,5.000.000 million Dalton's) does literally nothing if you use it but itself ,without a derma roller or derma pen! It just stays on the skin ..hope i helped !

I've stopped buying basic lotions, only use oils, but now with the craziness, finally making my own line. I'm a trainer and dealt with injuries also, so finding pain salves are another love. I've known about HA and been telling people but no one really listens, but it's important for everyone, and NOW men, we need to really preserve our skin. I think we think it's a woman thing, but now with women earning more, and not looking at men as life partners, men need to concentrate on our physical looks more. And we should start earlier. ..not become women, but let's hold on to our youth longer and treat our faces and facial hair, and scalp better. The reason people are balding in the lack of proper maintenence. Blessings.

    can you inject this into your skin?

    • @Dawn_layla46
      @Dawn_layla46 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No!! Not recommended. You can buy hyaron at filler-pro.com for $20-40 usd. Or dermal filler which is cross linked for wrinkle and volume in your face. Only buy injectable hyaluronic acid. Please!! I do my own but I only get those made specially for that. I’m not a dr or nurse...just someone whose done a ton of research. If you do injections make sure to have dissolver handy. Risk of occlusion etc is real. And frankly if you have the money you should have a qualified practitioner do it. I’m just a very careful but stubborn kind of individual who takes carefully calculated risks

    Give me your address. I'll send you some cents and some sense to buy the distilled water.

    • @10YearsYounger
      @10YearsYounger  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      It lasts for around a week whether the water is distilled or mineral. Doesn't really make a difference unless you add preservatives.
