It picked up traffic from an old episode of the H3 Podcast where Austin explained that he uploaded this video he worked hard onto TH-cam and no one knows about it. @Pizza Paramour yeah good thing nowadays though autotune is barely used except for in rap and other genres that go into a more specific sounds. Today tuning programs like melodyne are used. the difference is, its not automatic you have to manually do it so you can leave the vibrato and some pitch drift intact.
@@tomsiemerink8284 You do realize that when people say autotune they don't literally mean the program autotune they're usually referring to any type of pitch regulation software

I’m absolutely gobsmacked at his ability to make such top music that’s the pinnacle of mastery, splendor and creativity. Absolutely brilliant. Exquisite work!
This guy is going to blow up as long as he doesn't use too much auto tune.
I think he's gonna be a famous star someday.

Yup! 🤣
This ? This is who he is deep down. Just beautiful ❤ my friend Lisa passed away a few days ago. Two children and grandchildren. Our last conversation involved a joke about post malone. God rest her soul ❤️💌🎯
Man post Malone is so talented. Drop an album like this.
Adam Perez he will more than likely drop a few songs with this vibe. He is insanely versatile with his sound. Very talented. Just hope drugs and alcohol don't get in the way.
prettycoolshii yeah his new album has a few songs with this vibe it's so great and i'm excited for what he has to show in the future
+prettycoolshii drugs and alcohol likely paved the way 😇😇😇🎈🐻
Adam Perez he's planning on it actually
Adam Perez it's his song called "Feeling Whitney"
The things you can do in 7 years, he probably never imagined he'd be where he is now

I dont think I’ll ever get over this cover. It lives rent free in my head💗🫶🏼
The TH-cam recommendation System has brought us all together once again.
It’s prepping us for when he drops his acoustic album next year, trust me I have 2020 vision
@@gianttigerfilms damn you could be the only human that ever gets to take advantage of that anomaly
Yeah boiii
That’s actually kinda beautiful
I guess it happened because it became licensed probably. Look into description of this video
Serious respect for any artist that can do a solid Dylan cover.
John Goodman truth right here
Listen to any of Jeff buckleys covers
DAMN RIGHT MAN
Dude just got this in reccomeded
I used to think that Post Malone was just another asshole rapper but I couldn't be more wrong. He's actually one of the most musically talented and diverse artists today. I can't wait to see how his career progresses and see where else he'll venture. I know he'll be a living legend some day.
P U L S A R v1 exactly!! Like look at “Fall apart” his vocals are so good.. it’s like he can actually sing, but raps instead.. like he could do both❤️❤️❤️
Same here I think heard rockstar with 21 Savage and thought that sorta of sounds okay. Then I heard "go flex" and was like wow that was pretty awesome, then heard fall apart and started looking into the kid and was really surprised what I found. He's going to be legendary across all genres I have no doubt I have liked a Rap artist in 20 years Post just saved Rap music..
He’s not one of the most talented musicians out right now he’s just different from other rappers and plays guitar...
Tommy Covers you clearly don't know about the scene
Nawel Hermeschild he’s right, he’s just mainstream and diverse, which most artists don’t posses, the most talented artists of today aren’t mainstream
Every now and then I come back to listen to this song. It's been that way for years. It helped a lot
See y’all in five years when this gets recommended again
Edit: 2 years
FBI open up

You’re now on the FBI watch list on top priority
Upvote if you want Austin to make an album like this!
Probably coming
Insight it will be the rawest album, and half the songs will be about what he's been through so far and where hes going/is now. Similar to how his rap music is.
"My mama called me, "Youre on TV son"
Things have changed, since I was young"
You could rap that or sing it like Jim Morrison. Its all interpretation.
Post is fire.
I wish.
Scott Nichols yes
;)
Did you mean ‘like’?
Nobody:
TH-cam.: here's a vintage post malone
Hahahaha vintage😂
Hahaha!
Honestly not even mad at the algorithm for this one
It picked up traffic from an old episode of the H3 Podcast where Austin explained that he uploaded this video he worked hard onto TH-cam and no one knows about it. Then everyone came over and started watching it. His name is brought up a lot in the comments so the algorithm feeds the video to people that listen to his music on TH-cam because it sees it as a relevant video to the topic.
i’m not mad though
This gentleman is so talented and so kind watch any interview he always says sir
Really wish he did more stuff like this nowadays.. he’s a brilliant musician and I hope drugs and alcohol don’t take that brilliance from us early, like so many others.
MMAKO usually overly creative minds need stuff like drugs and alcohol to take a break..which is tragic.
Too late
MMAKO he said he isn’t on drugs
MMAKO it’s because we glorify drugs and shit
Curbside Sports we get it you’re 13 and have no life experience.
He’s always had that vibrato. It’s better without auto tune
@@DjZeldoman No but we are talking about vibrato here, that's why I made the distinction because autotune would try to straighten out vibrato too.
@@BoboButYouCanCallMeTom Well you do know you can control vibrato with autotune right? like increase vibrato if you want
@@DjZeldoman You mean artificial vibrato yes but not natural vibrato. At least not on the old versions of autotune.

Hey finally one of these comments I can't relate too.
What an original and funny comment
Just wow , was just looking for covers and here you are 10 years ago playing this lovely song
I just had a Childish Gambino / Donald Glover moment. “Wow. He looks like Post Malone.”
Cameron Wethly oof
Skippy Snowflak of course They all look alike they’re brothers (post Malone and this dude) (Childish Gambino and Donald Glover)
This is post Malone when he was eight teen duuuur
LMFAO
Winter Combs but this isn’t post Malone
His voice is so SO much better in country/folk songs
Feeling Whitney is similar!
true, he could make it with this voice. he sounds a lot like "The Tallest Man on Earth".
Very true! i see the similarites.
Oscar Rodriguez maybe but he seems bigger now and also he still uses guitar it could be he just likes it better and thats what matters in the end .
bob dylan aint even country boi
My dumb ass looked at him and said, “He looks like Post Malone...” 🤣🤣🤣
Me too 🤣
Dude i was legit reading through comments to see who the hell is this 😂😂😂😂
Zame
i mean.. you’re still technically true lmfao

As a massive Bob Dylan fan I am gobsmacked how good a cover this is. Bravo. ❤
Wow. I need to see him tour with Lumineers and Mumford & Sons now.
Hey my two favourite bands
Nobody:
TH-cam: here’s post Malone playing Bob Dylan incredibly well
One of my favorite old post videos.
Yeah I had no idea he could pull of this style with such smoothness and charisma
We’re still doin nobody: memes huh
he's playing it well but the fingerpicking coul've been better
Pretty simple song. C,G,Am,F, Dm and his not really finger picking more of a strum down with the thumb and up with his index and middle to imitate that actually picking pattern
NykRydk5 yep, I play guitar as well- but pulling off this style of vocals that’s so unique while playing is very cool. Post Malone is very unique and I really love his style.
I remember when I first listened to him I thought he was another mainstream pop idol but the guy is very talented, honestly one of my favorite artist right now
This man can literally sing any song, any genre, and it's amazing.
Awesome!!!
Nicole Lake hi
Nicole Lake how dies it feel you liked post before he was famous

I found the oldest comment!
Well this took a while
Me: I don’t much care for Post Malone.
TH-cam: I’m about to end this man’s whole opinion.
Frr
Made me chuckle
TH-cam don't give a shit lmao
Seriously. My entire opinion on Post Malone got reversed in one night of looking at his non-rap stuff.
@@chitoryu12 hes actually such a nice guy too
Damn, I have a new-found respect for Post Malone now.

MEEEEEE TOOOOOOO
Too bad the toxic retarded trends ruined his face
silly that this has to change it. he’s a respectable musician all around.
That's dumb.
words cant explain how much an acoustic album like this from post would calm my soul
