We all have periods when the negative self talk, procrastination and drops in positivity creep in, but it's important to remember that not every week is going to be perfect, and thats totally okay. Perfection is the enemy of progress. Keep your head up, keep showing up and you'll be locked in again in no time. It will be difficult but with practice comes perfect.
