Secondly what you've said is basically anecdotes (no offence intended) they could certainly be true but they could also be exaggerated (by any party involved) that's why eyewitness testimony in court is considered a much lower tier of evidence than most others. For my schools speech team I am doing a piece on Kimberly. This case is just so sad and heartbreaking and the fact that people are calling her a liar makes it even worse

I worked for Cigna for 15 years and the division I worked for was taken over by a different Insurance company and that dirty rat supervisor tosses me out on my fanny and says I was insubordinate to her. She later has the audacity to make hang up calls to my home. I also felt weird about hanging at this mall I !ike to hang at because her step daughter was a sales associate at a store there. I just felt like such a bad girl but in the state I reside in an employee can be dismissed for just cause. I also know if I want to visit friends I am to do it after hours and not go near the building I once worked in
