You'd be surprised how most restaurants have most of their ingredients prepackaged (sous-vide, frozen, etc) for maximum efficiency, cleanliness and *freshness*.

@@jugawittharuga6684 my guess is that Xz thinks its unsanitary either cause the lady put those blocks into the pot with her hands and she wasnt wearing gloves, or they think its unsanitary cause people are dipping the meat to cook it with their chopstick which they also put in their mouths....except in both cases the liquid is boiling and that kills germs so its pretty safe...I think

The packets are made in the restaurant ,they make it in a large batch then separate and package it for freshness and less waste.
