I freaking adore your cute and genuine vibe. When you speak it makes me feel like listening to you more. Yes, I have also wanted with a food writing client as well but haven't gotten one yet, it would be soooooo fun. I can't imagine you stopping making videos. Ever since I have found your channel and have been binge watching your videos that has been my fear that you'll stop making videos. Please don't ever do that. I heard you sharing your fear of not getting enough engagement on your podcast as well and I want you to please stay committed to your goal of 100 videos this year. Hell, make it 500, I'll watch it all. If even having one dedicated audience is valuable to you, then know that I'll be that person. It is so rare that someone shares their actual learning from their career and shares it so openly. Other people just regurgitate information from Google in their videos but you don't do that. This is honestly the reason why I have fallen in love your videos in the first place. I don't even comment on people's videos but I can see what you are doing different and just want to motivate you in any capacity possible to never stop.

Wow, Suvendro, thank you so much for the support and encouragement! I plan to keep making videos as long as I have content from my own experiences to share with others. Have a great week!

It's. so fascinating how critical the art of communication is to all of this, SOP making in making sure people get what you're training them with, offboarding, onboarding, making the argument for or against a tool when you audit, communicating expectations with clients, teammates and interns haha! I am supposed to feel bad but the 3 email providers got me huhu, I am sorry Deya huhu, maybe you need an alligator in a vest to help you find the right email service provider huhuhu

Need a roadmap to even get a gig :P. I feel like a Jill of all trades at this point. Also, I was one of the first few who wanted to do your pilot course but you had filled up all the slots. :P

Ah, a Jill of all trades is a good thing - you have lots to offer a client. Have you looked into groups on Facebook you can network in to find clients?

@@MyNameIsDeya I have beginner’s anxiety and have yet to cross that hurdle. I’m looking for a starting point. Are you still offering classes?

@@0T7VK Getting started feels like the hardest part but once you put yourself out there you'll find the anxiety will settle. Yes, DBM Bootcamp is still a course I am running for anyone who wants to learn skill in project management, team management and systems management - dbmbootcamp.com/
