I'm convinced that self-rising flour mixed with almost any liquid will make bread. But the real question is, will it actually taste good? This time, I'm going for a two-ingredient beer bread. Give it a try and DM me to let me know what you think. Personally, I think it's mid, but you might feel differently! We have 2 ingredient beer bread for the win. 3 cups self rising flour 1 1/2 cup beer 375° until toothpick is clean

3 cups self rising flour
1 1/2 cup beer
375° until toothpick is clean
I bet a pinch of salt would make a big improvement
Bread made hundreds of years ago was made using the beer by acquiring the yeast used to make beer
I like different things I plan on making hubby chili this weekend maybe I'll make him some beer bread to go with it
Try something new for the win🫶
Your recipes are great. Keep up the good work 👍
You are so creative when cooking, you need to educate some of these other so called chefs.

Maybe the flavor of the beer would matter in this instance 🤔 I'm not a beer drinker so I really wouldn't know 🤷🏽♀️😅
Good point
As a beer drinker and someone who loves to bake I 100% think the beer matters. Especially with so few ingredients it is the flavor!
"I don't think it's going to work"
*works*
"I kinda knew it was going to work"
Good with cheddar cheese mixed in.
Poor melted butter on top before you bake it!! Super good with chili or cut up and use for dips
