    To get the correct amount you need to make to sponsor someone you can google I864p and it’ll bring up the chart with the amounts. Be aware that this amount changes every year on March 1st.

    Did you have to pay for their services monthly?

    • @bypaulinarosiee
      @bypaulinarosiee  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes! They have a payment plan up until you have your interview date! Once you have the interview date (whether it’s a quick response or a long one) by then you need to pay everything in full! 🙌🏼 But for the meanwhile the payment plan was nice 👍🏼

    Hi! did your parents come to the US with a visa? Is it still possible to go through this process if they came into the country illegally.

    • @bypaulinarosiee
      @bypaulinarosiee  3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Hi there! :) Thank you for stopping by 💕 To answer your question, no! They entered without a Visa 30+ years ago illegally without inspection! It is definitely possible! If I’m correct, as long as they entered without inspection...meaning, no border patrols stopped them or inspected them. Back in the day, boarder patrols wouldn’t do much procedures as today. So if your parents crossed to America that way there is a good chance that you can do this process! I hope this helped :)

    So we have to be over 21 years old to petition for parents? Can 18 year old do anything?

    • @bypaulinarosiee
      @bypaulinarosiee  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes, you do have to be 21! Unfortunately at 18 years old you can’t :( But what you can do ofcourse is save up money!!! So that by the time you’re 21 you can file!! 🙏

      Thank you so much for replying! Okay so what about employment? I will most likely be a full time student the next 4 years and will probably do work study. You mentioned they might not want to work with me if I am not working.
