I put a flour tortilla in a skillet, get a little char on each side, top it with preheated sauce, cheese and stick it under the broiler until the cheese gets brown. Nice thin-crust pizza.
@@mathias2410 Absolutely not. Puff pastry contains a lot of fat. Traditional pizza dough does not, nor do flour tortillas. You get them in the refrigerated section of the supermarket.

Make these at least 3x a month for a quick dinner during the week. 1x with salami, 1x with a few cheeses and a quick & simple salad. Hardly any mess, quick and easy fairly cheap and the kids love it.
My mam makes this all the time but with Gluten free puffed pastry, green pesto, tomatos, red onion and dairy free mozzarella and dairy free smoked applewood cheese. ❤

I do this regularly with white flour tortillas. 5 minutes prep, 5 minutes on medium high in the toaster oven...and you have the same thing

You should egg wash the pastry so it’s crunchy. Just adding sauce and toppings with make it flat or soggy.
