- How to Make Perfect Homemade Pizza! Best Pizza Recipe You'll Ever Eat at Home! An easy homemade pizza recipe that anyone can make.
Pizza Dough Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour (160 g)
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
3 fl oz warm water (90 ml)
Ingredients for Tomato Pizza Sauce:
14 oz tomatoes (400 g)
1 garlic clove
4-5 basil leaves
1 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp olive oil
Black pepper to taste
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp tomato paste
Pizza topping ingredients:
Pepperoni sausage slices
7 oz mozzarella cheese (200 g)
Slice some onion
Some sweet corn
Pizza diameter will be 12 inches (30 cm)
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 200 °C (400 °F)

Lo zucchero serve a fare lievitare meglio l'impasto
sugar is always a must when you use yeast, its to activate it. you also has to use WARM water b/c if you use hot water the yeast will die and if cold the yeast wont come alive.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. For some reason my pizza got stuck to the paper. so i just used a flat-circle tray for oven baking. you can spray it with cooking oil.@@user-jq7bi1fd6n

It's super easy to do , and thank you for answering all my questions...I did 6 pizza and I make around 3 batch of dough and divide all batch into 2 but the flour I need to add a little bit more cuz it's too sticky other than that, I made this pizza for my brother farewell party they all love it ❤️❤️

I make pizza most Fridays. I tend to make the dough in my food processor. I have arthritis in my hands. It comes out great. I use double this recipe because we like to make several different kinds. I got a pizza oven for Christmas and it has upped my pizza to a new level.
