    Great video series thanks! Can you help with an issue please? The materials which I made in the new material designer look great in viewport, but when rendering with the movie render queue all materials are missing and render black with the following error message:
    “Detected 2 read-only materials with missing niagra usage flag required to work properly with cloner”
    In other posts I’ve read to open the materials in the main UE mat editor and make sure that in the materials niagra usage settings that “use with Niagra mesh particles” is checked… But mine are already checked!?
    Any advice appreciated

    I have a couple questions, I haven't watched your graphics video tutorials yet.
    1. I saw that you do live streaming, do you tell me how to make a stinger (transition) with an alpha channel for later streaming?
    2. if i want to render something in motion tools every frame compiles shaders, is there any way to fix it.
    3. I wrote under an older video the question on NDI will be crazy if there is a solution to it.

      Oh and forgot to ask, in CharacterWorks title station it was possible to upload MOV video + LuMA mask for it, is it possible to do the same?

      Will work on making a full stinger tutorial/demo.
      Odd that “every frame” needs compiling. It’s typical to have compiling when opening something new, but playback and render shouldn’t result in this.
      NDI isn’t packaged for UE5.4 yet. Fingers crossed the folks at Newtek get their plugins recompiled for 5.4 soon. :-)

      I think the MediaPlate functionality is designed for the playback question, but I haven’t tried it with a MOV and masking. It should be possible to pass the resulting media texture in/through and masked or translucent material for keying.

      @@PixelProf Thanks for the reply, it's very cool that there will be whole lessons about stingers, I'll be very much looking forward to it. And also interesting will be the moment with their render with alpha channel, to give for example to the person on the repeat station. I was lucky to find that channel.
      I will be looking forward to NDI to take all the UE weapons with our small team in a small studio, because this is a great opportunity for people like us to improve production, when I worked in a big studio as an employee and the company had all the equipment and any money for software, of course it was easy for them to show a high level of production, now we will be able to compete with them! :)
      I hope Deep translator was up to the task of translating into English so you can understand me :D

    Thanks for the tutorial! I'm surprised 5.4 hasn't quit on you unexpectedly as it did for me many times 🙄

      It’s still a preview release, so it is to be expected at this point.
      When I built the original version of this animation, I had a couple “unanticipated rapid de-executions”, but interestingly didn’t have a single one during the course of recording these demos over the course of 2-3 days.

    when i try to render my sqecuence my 3d text custom matterials dont show up

      I think this is a “glitch” in this still-experimental toolset. I work around it by selecting the text once I have it the way I like, and then go to the Actor menu to use the “Convert to Static Mesh” command. This makes a static mesh asset with all the selected materials applied that can go into the place of the AvaText actor for saving & rendering.
