An Excellent Video, very clear and concise, informative and well delivered, so much so that as a relative new person to Unreal Engine I've completed the tutorial, and I'm very pleased with the result, but just one thing I would like to ask, when you have this composite all finished, presumably you can render out this composite with all the layers as a video, Please can you give me a pointer or two on how you would go about doing that. Many Many Thanks.
Hi here's one method of exporting the composite using a program called Aximmetry. The video has two parts sharing you the first part here, th-cam.com/video/hj8ViK-AmdU/w-d-xo.html
Hi yes you can do that too other than camera feed either image sequence or even video can be used as source the video below demonstrates on it th-cam.com/video/5zXTvkCYSwE/w-d-xo.html
Hi you meant this video I screen record using obs studio and do the final edit for the tutorial.. for composure real-time recording you might need capture card to record it to seperate source and then do the final edit..I use a generic capture unlike the professional one so haven't tested that possibility yet
@@RajashekarTechycan you like breakdown the pipeline in text real quick. im having a hard time wrapping my head around it. also how would i go about doing real time recording with a webcam input?
Hi try this video this is more detailed video on compositing elements on map and outputting them.. it's suitable for testing only th-cam.com/video/5zXTvkCYSwE/w-d-xo.html
Hi yes you could do that but check whether sony a73 camera is getting detected by unreal engine in your case as it wasnt happening for a subscriber.. if you have access to iPhone then it's better too especially for tracking.. and a capture card its required too
I will update if I come across anything on this. Haven't encountered this though. Meanwhile check details on composure for anything related to image or the media plate settings.
@@RajashekarTechy been trying, im new to UE, trying it for my filmmaking project. I've connected the DSLR using EOS Webcam Utility and the settings dont show a list of resolutions, just one 720 px. I couldnt find how to flip the image either. Someone said about Snap Camera which is now disconnected, so I have no idea if any third party software works. DigiCam, OBS don't show up.
Alright will check on this and update lets see if there is any workaround for this. Also if there is any option to flip on camera settings it would help in this case.. see if your camera has a setting like that.
Hi hope you are creating them in order..Right Click on composure window---> Create a Comp --->Media plate-->Add camera and then Add CG layer. Start over and see if it works now And also even without that cage try proceeding and see whether the comp works
Quite unsure about this though you can try to extend display using regular method considering this monitor has HDMI input as well possibly small one.. You can run a HDMI cable from Laptop / PC Gfx card port to this one and see if it helps. You can have the UE preview port to the 2nd display you are extending too. Hope you were trying to do something like this.

great tutorial, can you also put a tutorial to use iphone with live link app to as monitor to act as tracker, so that we can hook iphone on top of real camera, when we move both cameras, it will be reflected in the scene.
