    My family dislike spring onions. Would it tastes totally off if I use coriander instead? Thanks.

      Thanks for commenting! If your family dislike spring onions then it shouldn't be a problem to substitute with coriander. Possibly the flavour will be different. Maybe I will try that someday.

      Spring onions are pretty basic to cooking. Tell your family to learn to like them or they won’t eat.

      Hi. Thanks for commenting. I used Patin Fish however I would recommend using Ikan Haruan ( Common Snake Head Fish ) or Grouper Fish.

      @@maylin0306 Hi. Thanks for commenting. I should say that snake head fish is the best choice for this recipe if you can get a live one. Any fish will become fishy if it is not fresh. Thank you !

    I hate watching videos showing how to clean and cut veggies, time consuming, it's better all ings are already ready and go to the formal steps on how to cook the dish
