I love the sound of that old four wheel drive
I just watched a video from another channel that I follow and he is recovering from cancer. It’s important that we live every day, I am guilty of not taking my own advice.
Say a prayer for Diff of “Rat Rods of Africa”
I just watched his video last night. He is a tough one and im praying for him .i been watching him for a while and never knew he was dealing with that. Great guy
Don’t apologize , it shows how much of a normal person you are . Thank you for sharing
I agree!👍
Chaotic, disorganized, MLS around every corner.......sounds like real life. Stay cool Chad!
Everyday life is just what it is . We are here and staying so, no apologies needed!
Master of everything. I really enjoy your channel. This journey with putting a trailer together is going to be epic. Thank you for sharing 👌 😊
If anyone can get that trailer done in two weeks , it’s you bud ! I know you will build it the way you want it .. great video !
I had forgot about the Ford station wagon at your mother’s. Would love to see you do something cool with it. Keep up the good work!
I bought an 18k Senville off Amazon 3 years ago and I love it. Keeps my shop at 70 degrees all summer.
Your weed eater woes reminded me of a Ryobi brand I had several years ago and the head kept coming off. Well, long story short. The last time it came off, it went sailing off into a thicket and I’d had my fill of that blame thing and I whooped the devil out of that hunk of junk until it was a mangled mess. Moral of the story, don’t listen to your wife when it comes to buying lawn equipment. 😂
No need to apologize, love all you do. You ar an inspiration 👍🤟✌👏👏
Thanks Chad , great content to watch again we don’t mind what it is and never find it boring , take care 👍👍
Sure enjoy your channel. I don't care what you work on we enjoy watching you. Keep up the good work
I like it when your videos are all over the place.
This one definitely was!
I enjoy you showing the real life journey and not editing out the mishaps, stuff happens! It’s good to have different projects going on especially when you are waiting on parts to show up.
Mister Chad, maybe think about getting yourself a patreon for the channel. I know your faithful viewers would be happy to sponsor your projects. I know I would. Your videos bring me a lot of joy. I’d like the opportunity to give something back.
Another way to help out…don’t skip the ads. TH-camrs get revenue from the ads but they get nothing if they’re skipped.
Maybe do a low buck club like PBG
A/C in my shop is probably the best addition since I built it, not so much a luxury but a necessity in our TN heat and humidity, hope you get something sorted out soon. Enjoy the content as always.
I enjoy it when things jump around it shows how you handle unexpected events. It gets boring watching shows that are planned out and your shows are anything but boring. Don't apologize it's what makes your app. So much fun to watch. 😂
Be careful my friend! That finger… OW OW OW!
Thank you for En ter tain ing AND motivating us!
To fix the camber issue rough country sells a drop key for the torsion bars that lifts it without messing with suspension geometry
Can't wait to see the finished product. So far so good
Pioneer is what I'm getting for my garage/workshop.
Yeah, I did the same sort of thing with a 14 foot camp trailer I owned. A couple of hours with a sawzall, 400 cans of spray paint, and a couple of new tires later the thing made a pretty good mower trailer.
Get the old flatbed Dodge going that would be a great truck to pull stuff with
I just love watching you tinker around. Working on what needs to be worked on. Can’t wait to see you build the trailer. Be safe my friend.
Chad I love your longer videos I look forward too them great job on all you do.
Nice job sir cool yard Nice show sir 😃👏👏👏👏👍👍👍👍👍
Hot air rises so it will always be hotter the higher you go. You will need ceiling fans and for cooling they need to draw up for heat they blow down. The reason it got warmer with the fan blowing up is the temp was equalizing between the ceiling and floor but the ac unit was too small for the job.
Big smile here. Thanks, Chad.
Outstanding and awesome as always. Thanks for sharing and taking us along
You do some impressive work! I kind of identify with your efforts. Keep up the good work.
Great video once again.
Exactly what many are saying thank you for sharing your journey Chad, this is life and you gots a hella busy one so thank you for taking your time to give us an insight!
Hope you are taking some time for yourself too!! 👍
Everything on here is so much better with Busch lite haha
We enjoy everything you do, got confidence you will build a good trailer,we will be watching Larry and Sandy
Ditching the 2s gas trimmer was the best thing i ever did. Electric string trimmers are the way to go. You can’t cut all day with them without a lot of batteries but i only want to trim for a half hour or so at a time. Then take a break for 2 hours while the batteries charge. Plus they are silent get you a good headlamp and cut in the cool of the night and nobody can hear you.
I have a ductless ac/heat in my house. Love it.
besides Dude, that single cab shortbed OBS truck is my favorite in the fleet
Thanks Chad for the awesome video and also can't wait to see how the trailer turns out
Hey Chad you done it again a good video just keep doing what you are doing I enjoy each one
Can't wait to see the trailer build.
👌👍! Thanks for sharing!
Good luck on getting some AC!
Another great video !
Happy Independence Day! 🙏🏼🇺🇸😎✌🏼
Have you tried replacing the neoprene O-ring out with A rubber O -ring another tip trick most people don't do when replacing them is to put A slight bit of Grease on the rubber O-ring the soften and loosen it up more than way to.
The best thing I ever did was get rid of the gas powered blower and weed trimmer and switch to battery-operated Kobalt stuff from Lowe's. You'll never look back.
Awesomeness
good video... thanks
keep at it I like it!
Is it just me or is your yard slowly transforming into an older gentleman's yard? I hope when it's complete you are as generous with the next generation as he has been with you.😅 Thanks for another entertaining upload and stay cool as much as you can!
Raise the road way in front of the shop?? Maybe re use the cut off metal for your fabrication??👍👍🇬🇧🇬🇧
Hey Mr Chad, really enjoyed your video. You worked on all kinds of things, no need to apologize for things that have to be done!! Thanks for taking us along, Look forward to your next one. Also and by the way, enjoyed seeing little miss daisy again, she is looking well!
good show glad 2see u back😎👍
Back? I've been right here the whole time!
Hello Chad From Kentucky. Those 45 degree long nose pliers are so handy. They are especially handy for the squeeze clamps for fuel line and many other jobs. I also have the 90 degree long nose pliers that I use for pulling the spring pins like on mower decks.
Definitely, the axle under would raise it up for sure brother, I never liked axle springs underneath! Thanks for sharing brother and we’ll see you in the next one Chad! Kirk from Louisiana sending prayers and positive energy to you and your family! This video is another good! Until next, go do something! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🙋🏼✌🏻✌🏻💯💯💯
Spitballing, but I think the light housing is a taillight for squarebody? Ashtray was squarebody, and the window gasket looked like a squarebody windshield
hey your video just popped up thought you pulled the plug on you tube. Glad you're still here
I put a video out every week!!
@@ThisNThatGarage right on ya for some reason it just popped up and awesome so many good youtube channels go to the way side and never say why. Hey look at JT barn n grill sometime
For your plum seeds to succeed 100% you have to brake the cell carefully get the almond out keep them at least two weeks in your refrigerator (not the freezer) at the vegetable tray to creat an artificial winder for them and then plant them in individual pots. 👌
Been following you since the corralled Mustang. Always entertaining. Cleveland,TN here. I WILL NOT BE STOPPING BY. Enjoy your Fourth.
The point of raising the return on the A/C is to pull the heat out instead of blowing it around the shop and it might be a bigger expense for a 6 or 7 ton unit but the power bill won't be getting a double hit from 2 separate units running at the same time, my parents could hang meat in their 4500sf house with a 7 ton train, just sayin. Always enjoy your content in your videos and the trailer is an interesting build, till next time 😊
The point of the fan blowing upwards was to bring the hot air down so the unit can get suck it in. A 3 ton unit will never cool that much space.
The frame on them are a lot thinner then regular trailers … I did a car trailer out of one and welded double metal down the side to make it strong
I went through TN a couple of weeks ago. I thunked bout ya. I left Tx & went to OK, across 40 to NC, SC, back across 20 & back to TX. 3,500 miles just to stick my toes in the Atlantic. TN sure was nice. Great video. Keep um up. Blessings from Texas.
Those frogs need to stop drinking out of your pool.
Great video Chad, sometimes life throws you curve balls but you have to take it as it comes. It’ll straighten out in time.
You can get upper ball joint spacers for that truck to get the suspension geometry a little better with the cranked torsion bars.
Should be a great hauling trailer. May have to gusset the open side of the beams in places to keep it from bending or breaking with a heavy load. Always like to see your everyday "duties" that you need to do. When you can afford it, get a new pool liner.
Hay Chad I am looking forward to seeing your new trailer you be safe out there in that heat
couple of those portable swamp coolers from home depot works great for outdoor cooling while working. promise you it works
Awesome video bud!!
Your fighting nature. Heat rises. Let it out the top 21ft part somehow, a small fan maybe. Then that air con unit you already have may well do the job?. Just a thought.
Keep up the good work Mr 😎
If I let air out it has to be replaced by something which would only be more hot air from outside.
@@ThisNThatGarage Wouldn't the air con unit bring in more air? 😎
@@BillyBob-uc9zp AC doesn't bring in outside air.
@@ThisNThatGarage Bury a 100ft of pipe 6ft down in your garden and pump that into your garage. Almost free but a small fan. It's a thing. Look it up. It'll save you getting robbed by the electric company running two ac units. I just looked it up, it's called Earth Tubes 😎
Chad your videos bring so much joy and happiness to me keep it up and good health to you and your mom
You must be better than me. If I put stuff on the floor I trip over it almost immediately 😂
Gotta get nice set of ramps too.
If yah ever get that dodge figured out and fixed up enough so dot don"t pay you no mind rolling 65 down the interstate, it be a good rig to pull the trailer with
Excellent video Chad :) also interesting trailer & be so cool they are and hope see how got fix up too soon on future videos too!
Chad......
Flex Seal has a tape.
It does work!
We used it 3 years ago on our concrete in the ground pool, and ain't had a single issue in the years since. We live in Brighton TN. We got the same heat and sun.
Our's was a split along the bottom edge in a 90 degree corner.
I see you used something in that corner, but I know that some folks have used membrane for roofs to patch as well.
Just a suggestion.
I truly enjoyed the video Chad, I hate the dog gone pool is giving you trouble. Looking forward to see you finish the trailer up. God Bless you Chad!
Hi, no need to jack it up to take a tire off. Instead put a few stacked 2x4 or 2x6 under the front time or rear tire and then pull the trailer forward up on the 2x6 and then proceedto remove the tire at issue.
I really enjoy watching every week. As a person that also seeks sponsors for a senseless racing habit i would like to offer some advice if you don't mind. I struggled for awhile until i was told by one that they heard through the grapevine of me bad mouthing products i was having troubles with and was told "Why would sponsor with something and have you bad mouth it if it didn't perform exactly at 110% for you every second". I apologized and told them i was just having troubles at that time in my life. We communicated a few times and they are now my biggest one. I really want you to grow your channel and keep pushing out content and know it helps with some sponsors cause times are tough on everyone and everything helps. As always keep the good work and really enjoyed showing the life and times of getting stuff done. Happy 4th
heat reflective paint for the roof i heard it works good on cooling love watching you each week
Will be a nice car trailer when you find with at and the lights bucket Will work on Lock jaw and can't wait for the next video
that trailer looks to be a good asset when its done chad!
That's pretty good backing 👍
That piece you said was trash is the tailight housing for a square body the light plug twist in and the taillight screws to it
Don't let Ron Melancon of Dangerous Trailers see this that guy is absolutely nuts off his rocker with multiple wires loose.
hey chad hope those crazy bullfrogs you evicted dont come back this one should be a real heavy duty series of videos, i will sit back and watch the good old wizzard do the fabricating. chad , awesome thoughts about this fabricating .
Enjoyed the picture show
What can a feller do but keep his feet moving?! It’s a full time job just to take care of your own stuff. When you throw in an elderly parent or family member well it doubles or triples. You do an awesome job taking care of yourself and helping your mom out!! Idk how you have time to put out content some weeks. Enjoyed the video and keep on moving.
Hahah 74, I set my AC to 72, but Texas feel like temps are over 100 at this time of year.
Thanks for sharing. I enjoy it.
Smokin’ Joe
I had the exact same idea for a trailer about 10 years ago. I had a 26 ft pull behind camper given to me because a tree fell on it and ruined it. I was going to make a car trailer from it. Long story short, it was nowhere near strong enough. The 6 inch I beams were made from thinner steel than you would expect. They were not much thicker than sheet metal. Make sure that you don’t have same thing happening before you get in too deep.
There's a huge difference in formed c channel and structural c channel.
can't really get more real world then this, just like my life , i need to do a thing ,but have to do another thing first
3 or 4 leaf looks like same springs on my 3500 lb axels.
Another great video can't wait to see what you are going to get into this week gonna be good
Looking forward to this project
Country life… It sure is beautiful there 😁😁😁
Great video thanks for sharing
You are truly reviving the dead with this Chad. What a rusty mess.... Have a good 4th my brother....
Curious if you were to do ducting on the return side up high if it would help cool the shop better. Sucking the heat from up top out. Just wondering. Carry on good sir!
Thanks for another , Brother !
You got your hands completely full
Awesome job Chad
