- Work continues on the top end of Exeter 1/37 as I get the scene underway ontop of the tunnel.

Wow, what a great scene Tim. Paul has done an A1 job on the scratch build. I must say the bungalow scene is great, I bet a few people would love to have it as their retirement home. Hope all is well with you and your hunt for a new home isn't being to stressful, all the best Bobby'T'.
Hasn't he just.. top job. House move has taken a turn in another direction, still going ahead just a little later than plan. This will be a better step in a different direction as we'll be going from renting a house as we do now to finally buying one. That lifts a massive weight being unlimited to what I should or shouldn't be doing in a rental property. Good times coming up which I'm looking forward to.
I live in one of the two houses you very carefully modelled so this has sort of blown my mind. If you want to make it even more realistic you need to remove one of the fence panels between us and next door because it blew down last month! 😂
Cheers! I got alot of refrence info from a chap who lived in the last one back in the 80s. 80s fence panels were better built back then too 😆

Drive this road a couple of times a week, excellent modelling.
Just realised what it’s missing, shed loads of bloody students.
First time I've watched one of your videos. It's brilliant. Informative without being boring. Love the layout. Where did you get the trees from? Look great. That's one thing on my layout that really let's it down.
Cheers, the trees are seafoam from gaugemaster which are then covered in woodland scenics course turf and then in noch leaves in a contrasting colour.

Are you going to model the rear of the YMCA at St David's Hill that backs onto just to left of above tunnel? It would be a straightforward build but very noticeable building
Sadly that building would be slightly to far to the left and off the baseboard. Shame as it would of added another dimension to it.
@@thescrapline4905 thanks for your reply. Although originally a Plymouth lad, I spend a lot of time in this area nowadays so I'm really enjoying your build. The Bonhay road area really capturea it well.
