    Beyond doubt you solved my queries step by step regarding CPR (India to Canada). Our children are citizens in Canada. We basically belong to Jalandhar (Punjab). Me & my wife have stayed many times in Canada earlier on visitors' VISA. Now we got CPR & searched you out on TH-cam. Your Video is 'THE MOST VALUABLE' for us. Thanks & God bless you..! 🙏🙏

    As per my experience they didn't asked me anything .only they asked me to spell my name.dob and address to which pr card to be sent.so don't worry about these type of questions.documents they asked were my passport and copr.and for asset declaration i did customs clearing.so situations are different for different persons and its all according to the immigration officer.

    Hi Sahil,
    Your videos are so informative. I have a question for you, hope you answer my query.
    I received my Canada COPR, and planning to land in Canada(Ontario) by end of June. Would the health benefits be applied from the day 1? If I take a private health insurance, would that cover my medical requirements from Day 1 or would these have a wait period?
    Request you to provide your inputs that would help me to plan things from my side.

    Hello! It was a very informative video! I have recently received an ITA and I have three doubts.
    1. I arrived in Canada in 2021 as a student and I had done my medicals for my study visa in 2021. Do I need to do my medicals again for the PR application? Can I submit my old medical report with an IME number in my PR application?
    2. To show enough proof of funds, can my husband transfer funds in my Canadian bank account as a gift deed?
    3. I do not have IELTS TRF document. Is it mandatory to upload TRF? Or does IRCC get all the IELTS result from the IELTS reference number?
    Any suggestion or thought is appreciated! Thank you in advance!

    Hi Sahil, I have a question please answer. Have you ever dealt with a file going missing from the online PR Portal? I had applied back in Oct for Spousal PR but have received no updates whatsoever, online it still says submitted. I contacted my local MP, they were unable to locate the file saying IRCC was unable to find it. They recommended me to apply for TRV and to get a support letter from them and now that I have applied I tried getting a support letter and they said they can't because my spouses passport is flagged and they don't know the reason. Any advice/ recommendations as how to go forward about this?

  • @Tdotttttt
    @Tdotttttt ปีที่แล้ว +1

    This part is a bit confusing, none of the videos seem to cover it. When you say landing in Canada for this first time, what exactly does that mean? My parents have TRV for 10 years, and have been to Canada 2 times before in tourist visa. Now they got COPR via PGP program I sponsored them. Now, when they land, if the officer asks are you landing for the first time??? It is technically not correct isn't it? It appears that based on that info, they will determine where a COPR holder goes next. Should my parents (who don't speak English) say, no sir! We have heen to Canada before, but only this time we hold COPRs??

      Same question. My daughter will be landing as an immigrant for the first time in September and I will be accompanying her on a visitors visa to help her to settle for a month. What is the procedure to be followed

    • @Tdotttttt
      @Tdotttttt ปีที่แล้ว

      @@elizabethmathew5976 what do you mean? There's no procedure. He will be processed as PR in a separate area, while the visitor will have a different line and may finish immigration quicker and be waiting for the pr holder to come out. Other than that, nobody cares.

    i hope you can make video on how to get SIN, BC ID and Health Card for PRs who just landed ??

    • @Tdotttttt
      @Tdotttttt ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't know about BC id, but for SIN you can go to your nearby "Service Canada" with your landing document, meaning stamped copr, and get one. You can get the same at the airport but it's too much wait time. In Ontario with your landing document, you can go to "Service Ontario" and apply for OHIP, the health card. It might be different for BC, there maybe he waiting period like 3 months. But for Ontario, there's no waiting period, you can get the health card same day or next day, the physical card will come to your address in a week or two.

    If my dependent is landing by driving across the border from the USA and has a job waiting for them, do they need to show proof of funds?

    I am in canada on visitor visa…what options do i have to stay here other than student visa. Can i get job offer ?
    What is differnece between job offer and LMI? And what can be the cost?

    • @Tdotttttt
      @Tdotttttt ปีที่แล้ว

      Lmia is something your company will apply to get your work permit if they thought you're good enough. It costs money. So companies only do that if they really need you, or your salary is very less, in other words they won't do it if it's not worth their time. You should focus on getting PR so you don't have worry about this nonsense. Lmia gets rejected all the time, I know someone who only got it the 8th time, he was rejected 7 times. Now he's a pr, he can work wherever he wants. Or not.

      You can apply for a 2 years course, and get 3 years open work permit in a govt approved College, there are many private colleges that will cheat you and take your money and at the end you won't get the 3 years open work permit. So be careful. Other than that, unless you get married to someone, it's hard. Maybe someone can prove to the government that you're really good at what you do and they have to hire you etc. It's a long process. Another way is if you're rich, like rich enough to buy a gas station, you can settle in Canada in the investor category.
