Just declare your belongingz when you arrive. No duty is payable as a first time immigrant. For luxury items it's best to prepare a list and have them stamp/sign it so that u don't face issues in future

My husband have recieved visa stamped and COPR today to travel Canada , but online the IRCC has not update the Visa details or u can say Counterfoil document is not genrated . Can he still allowed travel with COPR.
Tell the border officer you don't have an address yet and will update later. Then once you settle in and get an address, update IRCC using webform. Alternatively get/rent a UPS Street mailing address.

Luckily that was my destination city. But I saw one person who wanted to go to Winnipeg and he probably must have missed his flight. All the best wishes.
