If you get the max lens mod you won't need to turn the camera anymore. Set the rotate on and then turn the camera 90 degrees, start filming, and then it will keep it in that vertical position no matter if you turn that camera back to horizontal.
So practical and obvious when you say to take the photos in timelaps, thank you we will stop struggling now

You can adjust intensity of a lut with all software that you can add layers like photoshop, paintshop etc.. Apply the lut to a layer and change transparency of this layer for example to 50%.
