Love the creativity. If I may make a suggestion. For the shots using the drill. Attach a zip tie around the trigger to keep the speed consistent. Count how many clicks you hear on the zip tie to repeat at the same speed.

Very interesting video, and I thought I was creative in my ideas for video shots. I had a roommate in college that made his first nori cam rig using pieces of plywood and some straps. I'm going to consider all of these when I do some more shooting. Some really great ideas here to get some great looking shots without needing professional expensive equipment to do it. You should consider teaching a course for future filmmakers on budget filming.
