I used both the scrubs for a year.. sugar scrub moturise Ur lips very well ... But I have brown lips so I tried salt scrub it defenitly changed my lip colour from brown to pink .. I am very happy😄😄

I'd say sugar scrubs can be used up to twice a week, since its more gentle on the skin.
Salt scrubs are more abrasive, so once a week is plenty for a deep exfoliation.
I recommend adding something moisturising to your salt scrub, I've tried a mixture of olive oil and honey with himaylan pink salt and my skin felt lovely.
Salt scrubs are definitely preferable for areas like knees, elbows and heels of feet.

no...Table Salt absorbs through the bloodstream. Synthesized sodium. Table salt is not Natural salt
