I am going to go carnivore, about 90% and I am feeling better, the pain with ankylosing spondylitis is the worst, can’t think of much worse than AS pain, thanks again just wanted others to know the meat stops some pain.

I wonder if carnivore can change my spine fusing from severe Ankylosing Spondylitis damage to no fusion, reverse fusion?
I see no drawbacks to eating a proper human diet. Even if it does not help that particular condition, it will help you in so many other ways.
