Pumkins are almost tasteless??? I bake my pumkins only with a little salt...and it tastes divine. And every pumkin takests so different.. I think many ppl cant recognise the fine natural tastes of stuff anymore. Like cucumber or zucchini...so much natural tast and still ppl say they are almost tastless
So the written direction says to grate the apples but in the video they are actually shredded. I used the written direction so, as you can imagine, I didn´t end up with shredded apples.

Trust me when I tell you..these muffins are the BOMB!!! Light, airy, not too sweet, "pumpkiny" ...I cant say enough about this recipe...Ms. Geek...u get a standing ovation with this one! And I am NOT a baker...these muffins are the sh*t!!! Seriously!!! Don't sleep this one for the holidays...you will certainly regret it! U go girl witcha bad self! I will be looking out for more scrumptious goodies like this one! Holla!!!

I made your pumpkin muffins according to your website measurements and it said to add a can of pumpkin puree. In the video, your measurement of the pumpkin looks like half! The muffins came out too moist...are you sure you have the recipe correct?!
