I haven't watched the video yet because I highly doubt my situation can be fixed with just exercise, BUT I WOULD LOVE IT IF YOU PROVED ME WRONG!!! For about a year,I have been getting gel injections in both knees,as whatever is naturally there,is gone. These treatments are a life-saver for me. I'm watching you on the video as I type this&a thought came to me: I am going this week to get injections in both knees. If I start doing the things you reccommend,will that keep this gel in my knees? Or, better yet,will my body replace the natural "stuff" that was in my knees originally? I injured my knees VERY badly 3 times last year in horrible falls,where I landed HARD on both knees&this problem started&I began having problems with leg edema. When the edema started,I had no idea what was going on. Once I figured out what the problem was,I learned several things to do to drain the excess fluid quickly,so that's not a problem anymore. I would appreciate it if you could give me an answer!! Thanks!❤
Hi I‘m participant of your online training for 2 months now and I like it 🌼 just one question: the music is not working correctly. In the first 10 minutes there is no music - and afterwsrds there are two songs playibg the same time. I help me with disabling the music. So its ok but wobdering if you know about? Thank you André 🌼
I have small tears in both knees, a tear in my R meniscus, a tear on the tendons of each hip, and a pinched nerve on my low back. I do anything to avoid them hurting.

2) knees same direction as your toes.
3) Hinge through your hips, not your knees.

What if my kneecaps point inward when there's any weight on them or when my legs are straight, because my femur is slightly internally rotated?
