I screamed at the videos and I am not Italian (but I cook fresh like one thanks to a beautiful Italian lady from Sicily who taught me how REAL Italian food is made!) Watching all the additions that just don’t need to be in these dishes is sad, they could cook authentic recipes faster in most cases! Literally the hardest part of authentic Italian cooking is finding a source for quality ingredients! Edit: I am recommending your cookbook to everyone who says “How did you make that?” I cook a lot by sight and taste so I don’t have recipes to write down. Just quality ingredients, using the pasta water and keeping it simple. Excited to get your cookbook to add more dishes to what I already make. I never learned desserts so I want to learn from the best, if it passes the brother test, I am all for it!

I love pasta queens reactions hehe their epic their like me watching Indian resteraunts make everyyything super spicy and call it authentic whatever cuisine. BUT we need to consider that a lot of these videos are adopting what is available ingredient wise and also sometimes time saving to add as much flavor with a time crunch.
I love Marion but I have to agree with Pasta Queen and Pasta Bro. When you cook a garlic till it turns brown it doesn't taste good.
Looove the ending ❤️
I'm coming to see you all in Palm Beach ⛱️. Let's go to Lynoras. It's a nice Italian restaurant.
I just want to tell you you have the most amazing marinara sauce and I would love to see you're alfredo sauce in stores all your videos are so delicious so yummy so authentic
Ho le stesse reazioni ogni volta che sento “ ho cucinato un piatto italiano “ 😅 ! Ps vivo anche io in 🇺🇸
Thank you so so much we love these almost as much as your cooking videos! Speaking of cooking, what pasta dish are the little bowties used for? Why were they invented?
You answered my question in the video, thanks again! Not cooking related but can you and pasta bro do a reaction video on the Chinese people of Liqian? Aka the "Chinese Romans".
I wish I could be able to savor the sophistication of your simple pastas, Madam. I'd be very grateful. 🌹
Love the brother s laugh ! 😂
But please be kind that in other countries they don't use guanciale all the time. In Germany for example, where I come from, it's hard to find. So I often use other high quality bacon, for example from Tyrol.
Yeah, was thinking the same. I live in Chile and I don't think any country in latinoamerica besides Argentina maybe can find those kind of products :(
I am thankful that thanks to you I now the difference 💛
Glad that I make cacio e pepe the traditional way, have my pecorino, pepper & spaghetti. Added the pasta water to the pecorino to make the cream & go heavyhanded with the pepper 🤭🤗 (love pepper), when the spaghetti is cooked adding in the cream 💞💞💞💕💕💞💖💖 nom nom nom
Garlic “chips” as she call them are delish. Common in Asia. I always specifically look for them 😂
I love you, Marion and Steven from Not Another Cooking Show.. They both like to add a spin to it though. Steve for the most part stays very authentic... But I've learned the Pasta Queen method now so I know when its going to upset an Italiano *inserts hand gestures* Gordon on the other hand.... he upsets everyone, even Uncle Roger!! I wouldn't even look at Jaime, he upsets Uncle Roger too...😂😂😂
Love her humour
7:41 the woman speaks the ULTIMATE TRUTH.
8:32 listen to her closely and be happy in life.
Hilarious!! I love it!!!!
Carbonara is the emblem of Rome 😂😂😂 lol i love you ❤️❤️
Всегда думала, что Гордон - настоящий профессионал и учится разным техникам, чтобы создавать свои уникальные блюда. А нет, надо делать, как делают итальянцы.
Jesus, Gordon I’m disappointed!!😂
Me and my 100% italoamerican gf watch you every day pasta Queen
Yes we do
Just gorgeous...
Just like you are..
Love the „Cook good pasta“ at the end 😂
Her last parting words are so profound.
Long live fusion cuisine and fusion culture! I love Marion and Pasta Queen and Ramsay!
😅😅😅😅 the reactions had me laughing
Hey, you reviewed my Guy from NOT ANOTHER COOKING SHOW!!!, that's great....
God I just love this 😂

😂
Sei Romana? I live in Rome, love your channel. "what's this?" "uno che taglia il bacon" 🤣
"Let's have a looki looki." 😂
Mushrooms?!??? Peaaaass???!??? Oh no Gordon 😂😂😂
KISS (keep it simple stupid) 😉 Love my Italian culture and hand gestures hahha.
AHHH LOVE U
My husband questioned his proposal after I said I didn't care for lasagna. "I don't like cottage cheese..." His brain blew up and feed me some real lagsna. I never knew lasagna was supposed to taste like. I live in the south, and good Italian food was hard to find. Had to have a kid before his mom would give me the family recipe. Not a pasta snob, but I'm a sauce snob.
Gordon also fumbled a Portuguese bifana really really bad so I feel your pain.
Love your t-shirt #PastaQueen!!! 🎨 Ferrari Carbonara 😍❤️✨🎨💅🏼
Pasta Queen, your funny af!!❤
