I have asked this question several times, but still haven't got a satisfactory answer. "Do anyone gets experience without a job"? How can a fresh graduate get work experience without a job in the first place? What consideration are these recruiters or employers taking on newly graduated job seekers? It seems unfair to me. Kindly do a video about creating a LinkedIn profile without work experience, if possible.
Great question! If you're a new graduate look for job roles with "university graduate" in the job title. They'll assume that you don't have experience and move accordingly. If you don't have work experience, highlight the projects/internships/volunteer work/research you've completed or are still working on during university.
