Making Stamps for Art Journals

  • I am just playing with art journaling and didn't want to spend a lot on new supplies until I knew it was something I would do. I wanted some texture-style stamps, bigger in scale than what I had so I started playing with dies and Fun Foam. It was, indeed, FUN!
    Also a technique for colouring the stamos with Caran de'Ache water soluble crayons, which works very nicely.

    I use this technic: I love it for background...
    The last one with the "grid" is my favourite !

    Super easy :) But the detail is perhaps not good enough for a fine card, or a really classy layout. They work fab for messy and free-wheeling art journaling 'tho. :)
    Glad you liked them

    You can re-use them - if you see my video on making stamps from d-lites dies you can see how I clean them by laying on a baby wipe and brayering over it! I'm still using the ones shown here 5 months later and they work perfectly.

    How did you get thr circle's perfect?

    • @UKmaryanne
      @UKmaryanne  7 ปีที่แล้ว

      I used a die - I think it might have been the QuicKutz but it could also have been Nestabilities.

    Humm. Not much that can help other than Babelfish - it will translate but only reasonable for short blurbs. I don't speak French but if you message me your email I'll see what I can do to help!
