The amazing thing about this method is when doing a border or finished edge you have two chain spaces to go into! Takes the guessing out of where to put them! Love it!

This is absolutely GENIUS!! This will be especially good for making stuffed crochet items. I have always gone around the seams with a warning needle and yarn to 'close up' all the gaps but will no longer need to do this. THANK YOU!!!! Edited to add: Subscribed!

I am struggling with learning how to change yarn color (like stripes in a blanket or scarf) with this method.
