- In this wacky episode we custom fit a process west stage 2 B series intercooler to an SY Ford Territory.
Was one hell of a mission but we made it work.

Hey Scott don't be afraid to do a time lapse as you guys do the long work. Also would've been good to see a comparison of both the turbo housings.
Kind of surprised that Process West don't do a kit for the SX/SY Territory as a couple others do (Plazmaman, Nizpro etc.)
I've always been curious to see if a standard BA/BF front mount intercooler would fit the Territory with a little bit of work. Only because the factory cooler would heat soak horribly.

Was the exhaust debunged? I remember seeing ages ago they had a restrictor in the factory exhaust.
pretty sure they do have a plug in 1 side of the big muffler just before the diff.
Yeah the bung is being removed i believe before the dyno.

Thinking of buying the Ryobi impact ratchet (right angle) that you have off bunnings, some people have left reviews stating it doesn't have enough torque is that your experience as well?
its not very powerful but definatley comes in handy

Is this just a modified ba/bf pw airbox? Looking to do turbo side intake on mine and can't find any info on off the shelf items.
Mackielec industries make a territory one now. 550 for it. Just ordered mine today

How many hours approx for that job?
Took us 22 hours in total with a bit of stuffing around to go get parts ect.
Not being a bolt on kit made it a lot longer.
I tuned one of these with the factory intercooler and what a piece of crap that thing is, Heat soak for days.
Why bother it's now a worked motor it's stock waste of money and time not going to perform any better don't waste money on this sort of vehicle and I bet you it's not have a engineering report
