This is not the Match of the Century...this is just a tribute. This thrilling, strategic game from Capstone is a follow up to their hit Watergate, focusing on a different historic event. The literal Match of the Century is the name given to the chess match between Fisher and Spassky at the height of the cold war. Replay those moments in this 2 player game that gives an abstract version of chess, forcing you to think about both your long and short game as you battle over an entire match of chess. We might try to make more of a habit of mentioning the designer, but it can tend to be an omission as we're focused on the rules of the game, and trying to get it played well.

This is like slightly fuzzy Air Land and Sea. It complicates a few too many things, I'd prefer Air Land and Sea - unless you prefer chess as a theme.
