Near my daughter's resident in Bengaluru there is a temple devoted to Shri Narayana Guru with his idol inside it. It is managed by Billava Association of Karnataka.
Anyway Baba will be having a hearty laugh as is usual with him when ever someone belittles Him.
Every temple has an agama vyavastha. The idols in that can be only as part of that. Can you install any idol in any temple? If there is a separate temple, there is no problem. If you install a new idol in Sabarimala, it may not meet the agama vyavastha of Sabari Mala. Install it some where else.
Court intervenes because an idol is installed in a HRCE temple. Can we install Gandhi and Khusbhoo statues in Guruvayoor temple? If Guruvayoor debasthanam decides to install idol of EMS tomorrow, a common man can only approach the court.
