Steph…. I got a new heart mold to make 10 small hearts. I also have the spray. Could you please give a quick “how to” for preparing mold, then around how many fuses you get out of it and then how to clean it. Thanks a bunch. 🐢

I can absolutely do that. The simple version is that you'll want to spray the mold once, let it dry for 15 minutes, and then spray again, before using the first time. The firs coat seals the mold, the second one will keep things from sticking.
From there, you'll need to inspect your mold every time after firing, to see if the coating is intact. Sometimes you'll find spots where the glass has pulled the coating away, look for white on the back of the hearts (it brushes off). If you find that the coating is scratched or thin in places, you can spot treat them a time or two, or clean out that one cavity with a toothbrush and respray.
Usually I go 3-5 firings, with touchups, before removing the layer of ZYP and reapplying. Jamaison Schuler has a great video about using little plastic brushes in a dremel to make it faster.

A “cookie” spatula works great to pick up and move pieces coated with powder or frit or any number of other things. By cookie spatula, I mean a small, thin, metal spatula.
