Weber go anywhere rotisserie chicken

Rotisserie chicken cooked on a Weber Go Anywhere Charcoal BBQ. the riser and rotisserie attachments are aftermarket and can be bought on eBay. This is the best way to cook juice and tasty chicken. I sprayed the chicken with pineapple juice whilst it was cooking. This makes the skin even more delicious. We ate the chicken with parsley and tomato salad, beetroot, chilli peppers and flatbreads.
