@@Hannah-173 There have been many examples in the scriptures of people praying for a particular blessing that didn’t come to fruition for years, or at all. Alma the Elder praying for his son, and Jesus praying for the bitter cup to be removed are good examples of this. But, whether it’s a blessing or an unanswered question, the Lord promises “They shall not be ashamed that wait for me” (Isaiah 49:23).
