The few the proud the bama players. Not a weak willed guy on the team if they last. Bama is like seal school you must be ready to be pushed harder than ever before, but if you can cut it you become a weapon. Alabama where legends are made is not just a slogan, it is the mission. Mission accomplished. There is a former Alabama player at every starting position in the NFL as starters not back ups that is 22 regular positions both sides of the ball and kicker. No one has ever come close to doing that. MIC DROP

True anyone that wants to become a professional athlete, should be aware that pursuing that dream takes up at least 5 hours of training at least 5-6 times a week, split in morning and after noon workouts. Consisting of weight training, cardio, and training for the actual sport your pursuing. It's pretty much a full time job, when you take into consideration the recovery time to go after it again and again.

@@kekejohnson687 Georgia fan here. Listen, I'm not sure if you really meant what you said or are just wanting to trigger people here but surely you understand that every coach can't consistently recruit top level players season after season right? It's not easy at all. Not by a long shot. There are many good coaches all over the country that wish they could get a quarter of the talent that Saban gets. Also, there are players that aren't considered top notch that he gets and develops them into 4 or 5 star status as well. Once again, very difficult to do. Now, there are few things that Saban has done that makes many consider him a genius but I'll talk about one here. The infamous 2018 championship game between Alabama and Georgia where Georgia was in the lead and controlling Alabama by keeping Jalen Hurts in check. Saban benched Hurts after the first half and put a freshman QB named Tua Tagovailoa on the field. He proceeded to go off and beat the brakes off of Georgia. No other coach would have EVER made that decision to bench the starting QB for an unproven freshman. In a championship game no less! That's the mind of Nick Saban. So you can pretend that Saban is a regular run of the mill coach all you want to. His 7 national titles speak for themselves.

Love hearing players talk about what their experience at Alabama was like. There are VERY few that are gifted by God in ways so unique and special that they may not have to try that hard or it might be easy. For example people like Walter Payton or Julio jones or megatron. And for almost my whole life (I’m 24) all those players go to Alabama. Saban had the best run of any football coach ever. One thing that sets him apart is the commitment to excellence and consistency. Has never been done and might never be done again. Up 60 points and still screaming at a 5 star recruit for running a shit route. Unbelievable

Couple of knocks though. Playing indoors year around (nice warm games all year around, I like the B1G). Playing lower level teams like Tennessee Chattanooga late in the season (November), right before bowl season. And SEC hardly ever plays home/home with B1G or ACC or other tough conferences, They always want at neutral locations. Playing a 8 conference schedule while other conferences are playing 9 conference games. All these combined make it easy to look good when it comes time to pick playoff teams. That’s how I see it. U can disagree, that’s fine, but The playoff committee has been unfair when it comes to this conditions.

Alabama, for example, never plays in the north. They never play a home and home. " Big game against an out of conference opponent is always the first game of the year. And always at a neutral site. And always in the south. They always get a bye before they play lsu. And they always play a team an entire division not just conference but division lower than them before they play Auburn.... Usually Furman or Old Dominion or the citadel or Georgia Southern

It's not the SEC's fault that Disney owned networks were/are paying outrageous amounts of money to teams to play in neutral site stadiums. It ain’t like the old days, where talent could possibly take you all the way. Nowadays you got to have talent, commitment and the brains to even get you on the team. People don’t understand the playbooks these kids have to learn is as hard or harder than the classes they take. If kids can’t make the grades to get in then they go to a junior college. The days of pulling strings and given passing grades are gone. The talent pool is too big to waste time, money and possibly probation for breaking the rules. I’m sure at some schools they still do but for the most part the major universities don’t have too. When I was in school you would see players out on the weekends at clubs but you don’t see that anymore. You hardly ever hear of players out partying.
