I am undecided between the Canyon Aeroad, Trek SLR 7 gen 7 or S Works SL8, which one would you recommend or go for, light, comfortable, fast and no upgraded needed. Thanks
Honestly, probably the one you like the look of most first of all. After that I must add that the sl7 and sl8 have a noticeably better ride feel and handling than the aeroad after riding the bikes. The trek I have no experience with. I think for all of those top end bike, there will not be a perceivable difference in watts at speed. I hope that helps a bit. Let me know what you decide in the end.
That is a great question. This is just me guessing here but I imagine they would take some aero knowledge from this but I don’t imagine they would look that similar. We will have to find out!

the color of the chainring is probably due to a coating, most likely DLC to reduce friction to the chain.

If i remember right. The different shape on the front forks left side is for the chip and not so much about the bolt.
