    Ive been here 4 times. Honestly, this restaurant was way better with 2 stars. When they got to 3, theyre like top of the heap now and became a tad arrogant. They lost their roots due to the fact they achieved the last star and think they now dont need to do what they did to get to the top. Classic mistake many of them do.

    Sorry, not degrading all the work you put into the dishes but after a certain point it stops being about the food and it comes off as just you showing off.

    If you’re complaining about portion sizes, then you should never eat at one. That’s not the point. It’s about making food at the top of its flavor as it can possibly be.

      Flavour is subjective though, no amount of pedantry and display skills changes that.

      @@smithynoir9980 yes and no. How we perceive flavor is different. Some of it is psychological and based on preference. The other is based off of a complicated mix of chemistry and biology. Everything from mouth biodiversity, to the quality or amount of tastebuds someone has, to quality of someone’s ability to smell. The flavor of food, especially high quality food is objective.
      However everyone will perceive it differently. A lot of people also lack the way to properly describe what they taste so you mostly hear salty, sweet, sour, spicy, bland, etc.
      One big thing that people that affects how they taste is actually eating the same things over and over, it can somewhat dull your taste buds, especially if they eat a lot of processed foods.
      I’ve worked in wine for 22 years and have a psych degree. There’s a surprising amount that goes into such a perceivably simple thing as taste.

    I would just have the duck piece packed and take home and properly cook it. Because it's raw.

    This is just overprice. You just pay 10% of the food and 90% for the art.

    Disgusting unappetizing food… served less than a bite size in a huge plate… with drops of colorful liquids around…. Uncooked vomit eliciting…. And to pay a whole lot of money is bullocks…

    Those are definitely taking the piss. Less than a bite each dish, a lot of jelly stuff. But probably they’re right, because people keep going to pay a lot of money for those edible micro sculptures.
    Let them eat that things. Exploring in culinary art is more than rightful, but that’s the excuse to serve few grams of overpriced food (even poor sometimes)

      ​@@briannovallopez1107Its not about money. Being entitled and arrogante on their dishes is a given. And yeah, I can afford It, but Id rather go for wagyu a5, a good cut of tuna in sushi, authentic experiences rather than what os shows here.
