Hebrew is my language, my mother's language. It was only 10 years ago that I began to understand some of its depths. The meaning of "Hebrew" literally is "to conceive". Hebrew conveys a variety of potentials in each word. It is not possible to translate the Bible into another language without losing many dimensions and depths, probably like any translation into another language, but even more so in Hebrew. Hebrew as a renewed Semitic language that has been preserved in its original form for 2000 years, connects groups of words, names, verbs and therefore also expands the connection between them. The name of Jesus, for example, translated into Hebrew is "salvation, salvation, help, redemption and also an active aspect present, doing. And this is only part of its dimensions. In English or Latin you only get a name, and lose all those textures.
I would also be very wary about any "translation" that was done by one person. Even though I have the complete jewish bible, there are many problems with it. Stern leaves out and or ignores Hebrew and or Greek words. He also mixes in Yiddish into his 'translation' (btw Yiddish was not around during OT/NT times). Even in his introduction Stern states "So I decided to paraphrase the entire JPS Tanakh into modern English" Another problem is that Stern says its okay for the translator to interject his opinions... "This raises the question of whether the translator should 'inject his opinions' into his translation. I cautiously answer in the affirmative, on the ground that it inevitably happens anyhow..." So I think instead of trying to pick just one bible version/translation/paraphrase, use a variety of translations. Translations that have thought for thought, word for word, literal, etc. I would also advise using Hebrew and Greek dictionaries to find out the meanings of words, in order to get a better understanding of what was written.
@@JesusProtects What is in your view a Judaizer? Because depending on where you stand it means lots of different things.... Jesus was a Judaizer - he sent his apostles out to make disciples (taught ones) of all men..... Jesus was of Judah and we are called to be like him 'Judaic'... But Jesus was not like the Pharisees who were the forerunners of todays Orthodox Rabbis who like the church invented their own laws and put them above the laws of God (hence Jesus' continual confrontations with them).

I'm personally fond of the Tree of Life (TLV) Bible, but I only have a digital copy. It uses Hebrew names for names and terms like the CJB. I feel like it's similar to the NKJV, but I'm not entirely qualified to talk about this.
There is an interesting passage in the KJV that I think benefits from more awareness as to the actual meaning. The passage is in Romans, where it says that the Spirit is in opposition to the flesh, and the flesh in opposition to the Spirit, so that "you cannot do what you want". It does not mean, as many think, that we are unable to live properly. What it means is that we are not ALLOWED to do whatever we want. The only other passage that I can think of at the moment, and I have been reading/studying the KJV for many years, is that it wrongly translates Pesach (Greek: Passover) as "Easter", ie the name of a pagan festival that honors a false goddess (Aestre, Ashtoroth etc aka "Easter") Sadly, even though the Protestant believers who made the bible available to us (after it had been stolen from the people by the Roman religious authorities [Catholicism], they had gotten so used to calling the Passover celebration "Easter" (due to the Roman "Christians" wrongly banning anything to do with the Jewish Holy Days ordained by God Himself), that they apparently just made assumptions and called that day "Easter" rather than correctly translating it as Passover which is what was written in the original manuscripts. I don't know anything about the one called "The Scriptures", but I am aware that the KJV is based on the majority texts of the Greek manuscripts, which is the language the New Covenant writings were initlally written in. I would think the Aramaic would be good too, but I don't know that much about it.
Two Messianic Translations: The first is translated by Kevin Geoffrey, it's called the Messianic Jewish Literal Translation Bible. It is a Critical Text translation. The Textus Receptus Greek. Manuscript that was used in the King James is in the footnotes. It's a very Literal Translation. Also, it has the places and names in Transliteration Hebrew. Also, the books are arranged Chronologically to when they were written to give better context. The Second New Testament Messianic Translation is from Dr. Al Garza. He is using over 4,000 Hebrew Manuscripts (not Greek) from Matthew to Revelation to translate into Messianic Style English with Transliterations and Modern Hebrew in each book of the New Testament/Brit Hadashah. Also, He does put Scholar footnotes with the variants/differences of the manuscripts in the footnotes. You can see more about the books translated so far on his website. His books are sold on Amazon. ISR states that they do Not translate from textus receptus but that of the Alexandrian and Vatican manuscripts which are provably inferior to those from Antioch!

After completing the 'Scriptures' (ISR) the translator felt he had done some things that could be done better, and he immediately set to work and came up with the 'Halleluyah Scriptures'. For someone (American) just getting started, I would recommend 'THE SACRED SCRIPTURES'--Bethel Edition, in which Jacob Meyer (of Assemblies of Yahweh) did from the American Standard translation.
That's the one I started with. I do prefer the Scriptures and the HalleluYah scriptures. I've been wanting the Yrm restoration bible, for it's many references.
It was the first one I found that kept original names (transliterated of course) and book order for the Tanakh. I wish that more Bibles would be so bold with marking citations as this is. It's really handy to have, and a powerful statement of the unity of scripture to see, these references jumping out at you. :)

Except it says that they translated from a mixture of the different original manuscripts as they saw fit for for their Semitic point of view! Their own words were not of doctrine or any original manuscripts but just pieces taken from each of what reinforced what they already believe, not of what the manuscripts as a whole say.
Where do you stand on both the Cepher and HalleluYAH scriptures versions? I use these and enjoy reading them but am not as well versed in understanding which versions are best. This is why I don't personally recommend different versions beyond the CJB which I do like very much

I use the TLV for some things, the CJSB is where I go for commentary mostly and then I have the Cepher the scriptures and others I like, I really would like to know who published or made that AENT I’d like to get one... not to happy with the NIV/ everybody else modern versions, there have been some blatant “taking away” and “adding to” going on...
Tyler Mooring I recently got the TLV. It’s nice to see all original names restored but in places it is like the NASB, ESV, and NIV. Like it has word for word in some places. Like in I think 1st John as example it says we’re redeemed by him but leaves out how, by his blood. I do like some cross references it has. Like when he was on the cross and he asks the father to forgive them and there is a cross reference to psalms. A lot of mainstream bibles have a footnote saying earlier text don’t have that saying. Almost like they try to rip apart your faith. There’s been a lot of questionable things in a lot of newer translations. I have been sticking the KJV, JPS tanak study Bible. I’m looking into these messianic bibles, but the tlv feels like it fell short. YouVersion has it free, along with CJB but find CJB reading like the TLV. I’m really interest in the Scriptures bible and the restoration. I might be getting those in the near future. Reading some catholic bibles now and man, those apocrypha books don’t match up to original books. Sentence structure and things it mentions don’t even feel right. It sound like lore writing.
Hi Lex. I have a question. I read some text many years ago and I cannot remember where I read it. The text was describing the New Juruselm Temple I believe. It came to something that made me very curruous. It was talking about a child like figure playing before the Throne. The the writer was told to shut that up. Not to write about it. Since the Lord woke me I know who I am and I have played befor the throne. My name is Golden and I am called music. I am holding you might have read the text and be able to tell me what book I read it from. I thought it was a big red colored Jewish ortadox book but I am not sure.

Can't tell you if I've found a difference but I imagine it's too do with the maps, tabernacle guide in the back? From a text point of view I haven't seen a difference. I have the newest 2020 RSB and the 25th anniversary of the ISR Scriptures Bibles. Both are wonderful Bibles. I own many translations of Bibles. I use them all.
If you’re really into studying, I recommend getting all four! Cjb is good but its biased. For example, in cjb rev 22:14 says “wash their robes” instead of “keep the commandments”. Jews believe only they are allowed to keep Torah.. but despite that translation and many others i”ve compared, it has really good insight to rabbinical commentary and explenations. If youre looking for the gospels with a hebraic understanding, check out “The Delitzsche Hebrew Gospels. It has really good commentary and glossary of terms. Every translation will have different interpretations. 1 Tes 5:21-23 21 But do test everything - hold onto what is good, 22 but keep away from every form of evil. 23 May the God of shalom make you completely holy - may your entire spirit, soul and body be kept blameless for the coming of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah. It’s the most accurate by far, 9/10 of end up realising how correct it is sometimes on further reflection, but I also look at TOJB & CEB (seems to have followed CJB but in English), also TS2009 seems interesting, especially if you have Afro-Asiatic roots! As the culture mirrors understanding! So for example Revelation 22:14…to an African is correct - keeping the commands is same is washing robes! In fact it’s better - because you first keep the commandments and then you are entitled to have a robe of righteousness! - thus it’s one step deeper! I'm interested in the original languages; the Gospel of Matthew was originally written in Hebrew, and Dr Nehemia Gordon has collated over 20 Hebrew manuscripts of Matthew. It's far more than changing the names, Many Hebraisms weren't conveyed into the Greek translations, in several instances significantly changing the meaning. Nehemia is probably years away from publishing, but already in print is George Howard's "The Gospel of Matthew According to a Primitive Hebrew Text" (1987). His text is the Shem Tob Hebrew Matthew, published in 1380, and perhaps by "primitive" he means "early". (Internal evidence proves that the Shem Tob isn't a translation of a Greek original into Hebrew, but rather the other way round.)

What we need is a method of distribution or localised printing... I would love to buy a RSB but it is $72 for a $36 bible... because I live in the UK - I am reluctant to pay as much for postage as the bible itself costs, surely there is a better solution - after all, it does not cost much more to send a freight container by ship from China to the UK.
Has anyone noticed how the ISR Scriptures (2009) translates Genesis 4:4-6? It's worded very strange. Makes it seem like Abel was the one who was wroth with Cain. Not the other way around. Just curious anyone's thoughts on this.

Also, I must suggest looking into Hebrew scholar Nehemia Gordon's work on the Name of the Father as Yehovah. They've recently released a large number of ancient Hebrew manuscripts that are greatly contributing to the missing vowels of the tetragrammaton. Only a person who hasn't honestly pondered the evidence, or is simply a hater, would just idly brush aside strong proof. I'm Polish native and I read in Polish. We have only David H. Stern available because of Roman Church's monopoly on faith in my country. Unfortunatelly Stern is translated to Polish by a Catholic priests and all the traditional Catholic intended misstranslations are made. How outrageous is that?
Can you order Bibles online from sources outside of Poland or have Bibles sent to you via the mail? I guess what I'm asking is Are they censoring the bookstores or are unauthorized copies prohibited?
Pause at 0:48. I would realllllllllllllllllllly like to obtain a copy of that Bible. Yet it cost a LOT of money. It would be wonderful to a copy at the vest price. There is another Messianic translation that I have seen offered for "FREE", YET it is hard to see if one is able to ask and obtain a copy. ( I would like to ask for help, but I know there is a need to be careful with information on-line.)
Another translation based on King James with updated language and His Birth Name replace the, well, that other name, is the Proper Names Bible of the King James Bible. It does not overreach in the use of the Name YaHWeH as so many of the other Sacred Names Bibles do -- like replacing the term God with YaHWeH in nearly every instance. Sometimes, God just means Father.

Can you answer a question about that like a Lion they are at my hands and feet (or they maul my hands and feet in the JPS TANAKH) Vs the Greek/English they pierced my hands and feet. I am a gentile believer. There also seems to be stark differences in Zechariah 12: 9-11 and Isiah 53: 5 in the JPS version. I am borrowing this for the time being and this worried me. How do I know what the right translation is for sure or do I need to read between them? How do you explain these differences?

So I went to go purchase a Restoration Study Bible... The price wasn't even near affordable for me. It was over 2 grand on Amazon. Is that not messed up? When I went to go buy my NKJV Spiritual Warfare Bible that was another expensive one.. But one day God made a way and one day it was on ebay for super cheap. BOOM I bought it as fast as possible! But come on I go to buy another Bible I can feel my soul is starving for and I can't find it for a decent price. What a corrupt world we live in.

The RSV uses Yahweh and Yahshua they believe that you can only be saved using the name Yahshua.their many footnotes only lead you to their understanding.The Scriptures is the better bible .

Search the scriptures, the internal evidence shows that we are to praise, Hallelu-YAH, Yahweh! Yahweh is the closest many believe we can get to the pronunciation, and if it is not the Messiah will make it known when he returns. He is not going to say your not coming in here because you pronounced it wrong. He will look at our willingness to walk in the truth that is revealed to us. Not everyone has been given the privilege down through history to actually call on the name Yahweh gave to us. Why reject that gift for man's traditions? What I meant by my comment is the guy made a comment that you can only be saved by saying the name "Yahshua" and that's not true. Some people believe its YHWH, YHVH, Yahuah, Ya'husha. Using the name as some special power as if someone who pronounces it the perfect way will be spiritually stronger is taking The Word and making it witchcraft. Hello, I am more worried about reading Bible which were translated from fake/forged manuscripts. We know a few of them are. You should advise people to not read those with heavy tempering like the NIV, nasv etc... I'm more interested in the sources of them Bibles.
These two sepatate books are most accurate, I think. JPS Tanahk with Hebrew and English for old testament and The Aramaic Pashita in English for new testament.

Narrow Path Ministries the name Jesus actually has only been around for 400 it was first pronounce Iesus with I and the J didn't come into place in the Greek language until the 17th century which became Jesus but if you take Jesus and Iesus they both translate into Joshua, just as if you took Yeshua and translated into English it would be Joshua, but unlike the English and Greek Hebrew has a significant meaning which like I said it means salvation

I'm reading the ESV this year and when I look up scipture I tend to search for the Eastern Standard Version Bible translation as well as the KJV. I have only used the Strongs exhaustive concordance a few times but if I ever do search for actual translations of the words, I'm going to it. I have liked unlearn the lies but the fact of JHVH/JHWH's (Jehovah's) Name being taught wrong, and everywhere! including now here, I'm being deterred from here now. 🤷♀️
I'm a baby Christian. I gave up on the Bible years ago because I couldn't understand. I'm also disabled and poor,so unfortunately can't afford more than one. If you could only afford one that includes a reference to the original Hebrew and Greek, which would you get? I'm also legally blind. Any large print versions?
HalleluYah Scriptures is the only restored Name Bible that I know of that publishes an English/Hebrew parallel. The DSS edits have been addressed as well as a number of other Masoretic errors.
Lex, do you deny the validity of the ''Greek'' OT? It is a fact that Jesus and his apostles quoted the OT about 300 times in the NT. 200 of those quotes come from the Greek, while the Hebrew is quoted roughly 100 times. That fact along with another, would seem to validate the Greek as being authentic and even preferred. Jesus spoke Aramaic, which was the common language of the people and there is evidence in Scripture that this is the language He spoke. I assume that Christ spoke some Greek as well due to the fact that 200-300 years prior to His birth Judea was part of the Hellenistic world and Greek was the language of culture and commerce of the time (and the fact that most of the New Testament Scriptures were written in Greek).
Please recommend the best one for me because i am confused when I know that there are many opinions about the best Messianic Bible. I would only buy one. Should I buy Restoration or Tree of Life?

Hebrew is my language, my mother's language. It was only 10 years ago that I began to understand some of its depths. The meaning of "Hebrew" literally is "to conceive". Hebrew conveys a variety of potentials in each word. It is not possible to translate the Bible into another language without losing many dimensions and depths, probably like any translation into another language, but even more so in Hebrew.
Hebrew as a renewed Semitic language that has been preserved in its original form for 2000 years, connects groups of words, names, verbs and therefore also expands the connection between them.
The name of Jesus, for example, translated into Hebrew is "salvation, salvation, help, redemption and also an active aspect present, doing.
And this is only part of its dimensions. In English or Latin you only get a name, and lose all those textures.

I would also be very wary about any "translation" that was done by one person. Even though I have the complete jewish bible, there are many problems with it. Stern leaves out and or ignores Hebrew and or Greek words. He also mixes in Yiddish into his 'translation' (btw Yiddish was not around during OT/NT times).
Even in his introduction Stern states "So I decided to paraphrase the entire JPS Tanakh into modern English"
Another problem is that Stern says its okay for the translator to interject his opinions... "This raises the question of whether the translator should 'inject his opinions' into his translation. I cautiously answer in the affirmative, on the ground that it inevitably happens anyhow..."
So I think instead of trying to pick just one bible version/translation/paraphrase, use a variety of translations. Translations that have thought for thought, word for word, literal, etc. I would also advise using Hebrew and Greek dictionaries to find out the meanings of words, in order to get a better understanding of what was written.

I'm personally fond of the Tree of Life (TLV) Bible, but I only have a digital copy. It uses Hebrew names for names and terms like the CJB. I feel like it's similar to the NKJV, but I'm not entirely qualified to talk about this.

There is an interesting passage in the KJV that I think benefits from more awareness as to the actual meaning.
The passage is in Romans, where it says that the Spirit is in opposition to the flesh, and the flesh in opposition to the Spirit, so that "you cannot do what you want". It does not mean, as many think, that we are unable to live properly. What it means is that we are not ALLOWED to do whatever we want.
The only other passage that I can think of at the moment, and I have been reading/studying the KJV for many years, is that
it wrongly translates Pesach (Greek: Passover) as "Easter", ie the name of a pagan festival that honors a false goddess (Aestre, Ashtoroth etc aka "Easter") Sadly, even though the Protestant believers who made the bible available to us (after it had been stolen from the people by the Roman religious authorities [Catholicism], they had gotten so used to calling the Passover celebration "Easter" (due to the Roman "Christians" wrongly banning anything to do with the Jewish Holy Days ordained by God Himself), that they apparently just made assumptions and called that day "Easter" rather than correctly translating it as Passover which is what was written in the original manuscripts.
I don't know anything about the one called "The Scriptures", but I am aware that the KJV is based on the majority texts of the Greek manuscripts, which is the language the New Covenant writings were initlally written in. I would think the Aramaic would be good too, but I don't know that much about it.

Two Messianic Translations:
The first is translated by Kevin Geoffrey, it's called the Messianic Jewish Literal Translation Bible. It is a Critical Text translation. The Textus Receptus Greek. Manuscript that was used in the King James is in the footnotes. It's a very Literal Translation. Also, it has the places and names in Transliteration Hebrew. Also, the books are arranged Chronologically to when they were written to give better context.
The Second New Testament Messianic Translation is from Dr. Al Garza. He is using over 4,000 Hebrew Manuscripts (not Greek) from Matthew to Revelation to translate into Messianic Style English with Transliterations and Modern Hebrew in each book of the New Testament/Brit Hadashah. Also, He does put Scholar footnotes with the variants/differences of the manuscripts in the footnotes. You can see more about the books translated so far on his website. His books are sold on Amazon. In January 2023, he is publishing 1 and 2 Corinthians.

After completing the 'Scriptures' (ISR) the translator felt he had done some things that could be done better, and he immediately set to work and came up with the 'Halleluyah Scriptures'. For someone (American) just getting started, I would recommend 'THE SACRED SCRIPTURES'--Bethel Edition, in which Jacob Meyer (of Assemblies of Yahweh) did from the American Standard translation.
That's the one I started with. I do prefer the Scriptures and the HalleluYah scriptures. I've been wanting the Yrm restoration bible, for it's many references.

It was the first one I found that kept original names (transliterated of course) and book order for the Tanakh. I wish that more Bibles would be so bold with marking citations as this is. It's really handy to have, and a powerful statement of the unity of scripture to see, these references jumping out at you. :)

Their own words were not of doctrine or any original manuscripts but just pieces taken from each of what reinforced what they already believe, not of what the manuscripts as a whole say.

Where do you stand on both the Cepher and HalleluYAH scriptures versions? I use these and enjoy reading them but am not as well versed in understanding which versions are best. This is why I don't personally recommend different versions beyond the CJB which I do like very much

I use the TLV for some things, the CJSB is where I go for commentary mostly and then I have the Cepher the scriptures and others I like, I really would like to know who published or made that AENT I’d like to get one... not to happy with the NIV/ everybody else modern versions, there have been some blatant “taking away” and “adding to” going on...

Tyler Mooring I recently got the TLV. It’s nice to see all original names restored but in places it is like the NASB, ESV, and NIV. Like it has word for word in some places. Like in I think 1st John as example it says we’re redeemed by him but leaves out how, by his blood. I do like some cross references it has. Like when he was on the cross and he asks the father to forgive them and there is a cross reference to psalms. A lot of mainstream bibles have a footnote saying earlier text don’t have that saying. Almost like they try to rip apart your faith. There’s been a lot of questionable things in a lot of newer translations. I have been sticking the KJV, JPS tanak study Bible. I’m looking into these messianic bibles, but the tlv feels like it fell short. YouVersion has it free, along with CJB but find CJB reading like the TLV. I’m really interest in the Scriptures bible and the restoration. I might be getting those in the near future. Reading some catholic bibles now and man, those apocrypha books don’t match up to original books. Sentence structure and things it mentions don’t even feel right. It sound like lore writing.

Hi Lex. I have a question. I read some text many years ago and I cannot remember where I read it. The text was describing the New Juruselm Temple I believe. It came to something that made me very curruous. It was talking about a child like figure playing before the Throne. The the writer was told to shut that up. Not to write about it. Since the Lord woke me I know who I am and I have played befor the throne. My name is Golden and I am called music. I am holding you might have read the text and be able to tell me what book I read it from. I thought it was a big red colored Jewish ortadox book but I am not sure.

I have the newest 2020 RSB and the 25th anniversary of the ISR Scriptures Bibles. Both are wonderful Bibles. I own many translations of Bibles. I use them all.
If you’re really into studying, I recommend getting all four! Cjb is good but its biased. For example, in cjb rev 22:14 says “wash their robes” instead of “keep the commandments”. Jews believe only they are allowed to keep Torah.. but despite that translation and many others i”ve compared, it has really good insight to rabbinical commentary and explenations.
If youre looking for the gospels with a hebraic understanding, check out “The Delitzsche Hebrew Gospels. It has really good commentary and glossary of terms.
Every translation will have different interpretations.

I'm interested in the original languages; the Gospel of Matthew was originally written in Hebrew, and Dr Nehemia Gordon has collated over 20 Hebrew manuscripts of Matthew. It's far more than changing the names, Many Hebraisms weren't conveyed into the Greek translations, in several instances significantly changing the meaning. Nehemia is probably years away from publishing, but already in print is George Howard's "The Gospel of Matthew According to a Primitive Hebrew Text" (1987). His text is the Shem Tob Hebrew Matthew, published in 1380, and perhaps by "primitive" he means "early". (Internal evidence proves that the Shem Tob isn't a translation of a Greek original into Hebrew, but rather the other way round.)

What we need is a method of distribution or localised printing... I would love to buy a RSB but it is $72 for a $36 bible... because I live in the UK - I am reluctant to pay as much for postage as the bible itself costs, surely there is a better solution - after all, it does not cost much more to send a freight container by ship from China to the UK.

Has anyone noticed how the ISR Scriptures (2009) translates Genesis 4:4-6? It's worded very strange. Makes it seem like Abel was the one who was wroth with Cain. Not the other way around. Just curious anyone's thoughts on this.

Also, I must suggest looking into Hebrew scholar Nehemia Gordon's work on the Name of the Father as Yehovah. They've recently released a large number of ancient Hebrew manuscripts that are greatly contributing to the missing vowels of the tetragrammaton. Also Michael Rood's ministry is now selling stickers with the Hebrew Name & full vowels! Yehovah yoshia = Yeshua

I'm Polish native and I read in Polish. We have only David H. Stern available because of Roman Church's monopoly on faith in my country. Unfortunatelly Stern is translated to Polish by a Catholic priests and all the traditional Catholic intended misstranslations are made. How outrageous is that?

There is another Messianic translation that I have seen offered for "FREE", YET it is hard to see if one is able to ask and obtain a copy. ( I would like to ask for help, but I know there is a need to be careful with information on-line.)
Another translation based on King James with updated language and His Birth Name replace the, well, that other name, is the Proper Names Bible of the King James Bible. It does not overreach in the use of the Name YaHWeH as so many of the other Sacred Names Bibles do -- like replacing the term God with YaHWeH in nearly every instance. Sometimes, God just means Father.

The RSB, did not correctly translated Mark chapter 16 verse 2. And they knew the correct translation, as they put it in the footnote!

So I went to go purchase a Restoration Study Bible...
The price wasn't even near affordable for me. It was over 2 grand on Amazon. Is that not messed up?
When I went to go buy my NKJV Spiritual Warfare Bible that was another expensive one.. But one day God made a way and one day it was on ebay for super cheap. BOOM I bought it as fast as possible! But come on I go to buy another Bible I can feel my soul is starving for and I can't find it for a decent price. What a corrupt world we live in.

The RSV uses Yahweh and Yahshua they believe that you can only be saved using the name Yahshua.their many footnotes only lead you to their understanding.The Scriptures is the better bible .
There are some languages in the world that lack the fricative found in SH, so anyone that says: You can only be saved using the name Yahshua is retarded to be quite frank.

Is this scripture wrong?
It has never been about our ability to be perfect, it is about our desire to be perfect in his ways, in our trust in him. Yahweh sees that and is mighty enough to do the rest.
It has always been about putting our trust in Yahweh's righteousness. If we are abiding in Messiah, putting our trust in the trust he had in the righteousness of Yahweh, then we are justified in him.
He said call on my name and we should all be seeking to live by every word, every instruction that the Father has given to us. This is what the Messiah said and did. He said walk as I walk.
Yahweh delights in us trusting as little children, striving to follow his commands. What we do know is the Father's name is not the LORD, so we can reject that lie. Search the scriptures, the internal evidence shows that we are to praise, Hallelu-YAH, Yahweh!
Yahweh is the closest many believe we can get to the pronunciation, and if it is not the Messiah will make it known when he returns. He is not going to say your not coming in here because you pronounced it wrong. He will look at our willingness to walk in the truth that is revealed to us. Not everyone has been given the privilege down through history to actually call on the name Yahweh gave to us. Why reject that gift for man's traditions? The point is to let the Holy Spirit guide us in our worship in his spirit and his truth!

@@michaeldeo5068 I definitely agree with you. Maybe I was misunderstood. I totally am aware that Jesus and LORD are definitely not the names of our Meshiach and The Most High. What I meant by my comment is the guy made a comment that you can only be saved by saying the name "Yahshua" and that's not true. Some people believe its YHWH, YHVH, Yahuah, Ya'husha. Using the name as some special power as if someone who pronounces it the perfect way will be spiritually stronger is taking The Word and making it witchcraft.

You should advise people to not read those with heavy tempering like the NIV, nasv etc...

Narrow Path Ministries the name Jesus actually has only been around for 400 it was first pronounce Iesus with I and the J didn't come into place in the Greek language until the 17th century which became Jesus but if you take Jesus and Iesus they both translate into Joshua, just as if you took Yeshua and translated into English it would be Joshua, but unlike the English and Greek Hebrew has a significant meaning which like I said it means salvation

I'm reading the ESV this year and when I look up scipture I tend to search for the Eastern Standard Version Bible translation as well as the KJV. I have only used the Strongs exhaustive concordance a few times but if I ever do search for actual translations of the words, I'm going to it. I have liked unlearn the lies but the fact of JHVH/JHWH's (Jehovah's) Name being taught wrong, and everywhere! including now here, I'm being deterred from here now. 🤷♀️

HalleluYah Scriptures is the only restored Name Bible that I know of that publishes an English/Hebrew parallel.
The DSS edits have been addressed as well as a number of other Masoretic errors.
Lex, do you deny the validity of the ''Greek'' OT? It is a fact that Jesus and his apostles quoted the OT about 300 times in the NT. 200 of those quotes come from the Greek, while the Hebrew is quoted roughly 100 times. That fact along with another, would seem to validate the Greek as being authentic and even preferred. Jesus spoke Aramaic, which was the common language of the people and there is evidence in Scripture that this is the language He spoke. I assume that Christ spoke some Greek as well due to the fact that 200-300 years prior to His birth Judea was part of the Hellenistic world and Greek was the language of culture and commerce of the time (and the fact that most of the New Testament Scriptures were written in Greek).

It’s the most accurate by far, 9/10 of end up realising how correct it is sometimes on further reflection, but I also look at TOJB & CEB (seems to have followed CJB but in English), also TS2009 seems interesting, especially if you have Afro-Asiatic roots! As the culture mirrors understanding! So for example Revelation 22:14…to an African is correct - keeping the commands is same is washing robes! In fact it’s better - because you first keep the commandments and then you are entitled to have a robe of righteousness! - thus it’s one step deeper! I do understand that for Western ie with European culture or upbringing irrespective of ethnicity - they may not get the idioms and hidden expressions - so deep! Shalom! 🙏🔥🙌🏾
