Interesting to me that the MC fitting head was 35 degrees at stock settings and the loft is unchanged according the TM at 34 degrees. Can dial it in really quickly with the new fitting sleeves, but odd that it would be off the expected number. One guy was quite frustrated he couldn't get his expected speed and distances out of it, and that was part of why. 🤔
Yeah, you could. I would do it in the long irons, but if I wanted more of the 770 I think it's usually easiest it get past the tech difference before doing it. So since they're flighted CG through the 6, I'd probably want at least a the 770 7i without that before switching to the MC flight and forgiveness. So maybe 8-P, which is pretty standard. Would still likely take a bit of bending to dial it in though. 770 weak at the transition to start. 👍
@@nickl451 That's closer to how I would do it. Maybe 4 & 5. And I generally like to have the 7 of the more players club. I just don't like the drastic change from the springy hollow face, speed pocket and foam, tungsten, lower CG, etc, right to an iron that gives you near no help in the middle of the bag. Tend to reach for one or the other more often than should because of the differences. Personal preference, but I like a little gentler transition on the tech.

could you combo the p7mc and p770? if so, where would you start?

Could do you a combo set with a P790s and the P770s? If so what is yourr recommendations?

These are the 2021 P790s, not the 2023s?
