Damn I love technical talk, my brain just gets excited when it hears it. This gives you a greater respect for tilers and what they have to do.

Really really good stuff, well presented, information-rich content. I had no idea these materials even existed.

I have some very small hairline cracks in some self leveling concrete poured over a concrete floor that I wanted to paint. Would this product help cover/seal those small cracks and can I paint over it?

Can I apply the liquid membrane over a concrete stain?
My patio tile wax removed and contractor said the stain would be sufficient. But if stains really easy and I hate it. So I’m going yo told it over it’s 20’x18’ in size

My outdoor entrance way tile was installed two years over a control joint with some sort of membrane. Water penetrated the tiled surface under the membrane and eventually the tiles have separated from the membrane and thin set and raised up or broken the grout allowing more water to enter. To repair, should I replace the membrane or re-install my tile in a manner than does not cover up the control joint? Thx.

Im interested in purchasing your this product for a concrete basement floor that keeps suffering from moisture and efflorescence issues. Will this seal areas that have efflorescence? and can you put tile over it once it dries?

I'd recommend consulting a licensed structural engineer or chemist. I am neither, just a homeowner, although I minored in geology in college - schooling that included introductory coursework in aqueous geochemistry, minerology / petrology, hydrogeology, structural geology and geophysics. (A lot of geology is chemistry. A good bit of it is also physics, with biology playing a role in hydrocarbon deposits and sedimentary rocks.) I can almost guarantee you that you will continue to have problems until you address the water issue. You would need to divert the water, seal the outside from further damage, maybe install a sump pump or similar - something like that - because even with the benefits of these fancy products, chances are that the amount of water you're noticing will still be beyond what these fancy products are capable of handling.
Also, I don't know how much this matters when it comes to tile installation, but rainwater oxidizes concrete, as commonly found in many basements. The reason for this is due to the lower pH of acid rain, vs. the relatively high pH of new concrete. So, concrete exposed to the elements ends up with a lowered pH over time. The lower pH oxidizes the steel rebar or post-tension cables in the concrete slabs, which results in cracks and foundation failure over time, because the rusted steel in the concrete expands. It is probably repairable, but it may take a lot of labor, engineering expertise and money.
So, to summarize: take care of the water intrusion before installing tile. That would be my suggestion.
