It is a group of musicians in Aventuria :D And two of them wrote an adventure supplement for TDE 20 or 30 years ago :) The new album is a concept album with an homage to TDE. It is a box with the album, a novel in the world of Aventuria an an adventure supplement for TDE.
They act as the men of the grim watch who are guarding the lands of humans against the orks. They have signal towers they must light up when an ork attack is colsing in so the humans behind them can get to safety.

The video is actually based on a popular German Role playing game and was created due to the game's 40th anniversary, as some of the band members still play it. When it was created, it was a melange of Tolkien, D&D, Fairtyale and other motives, so yes - The 'orcs' were supposed to be orcs and in real life they are LARPers (live action role playing). Most people in the videos, including the orcs, did create their costumes themselves, but I think that does not account for the metal armour. Other Fantasy themese videos of Saltatio mortis are "My mother told me", "The Dragonborn comes" (Skyrim-themed), "Pray to the hunter" (Elder scrolls online) und "God of war" (God of war)
