Thanks guys for your words. I intellectualize forgiveness but struggle to achieve it. I was abused by a family member a long time ago and although we get along now somewhat ok I am rebuked by family members occasionally for being unfair and unpleasant to him. I think I must be emanating some sort of an attitude towards him. I haven't told anyone or spoken to him about it. I do pray for my unforgiveness. I was interested in Jennifer's similar experience and how she prayed about it.
